Highly recommend this service. Gilbert responded very quickly to my request for main sewer line cleaning. I had inspection done by another large vendor, that turned out to really overcharge on their quote. I had a leaky toilet yesterday with water pooling on the floor. I put in some requests for quotes and Gilbert among others responded within an hour. Yelp was having some availability issues at the time, so unfortunately some others couldn't respond until later.

Gilbert's reviews were impeccable, so I decided to go with him. He did not disappoint. He thought it may be urgent so offered to come in the evening, but I didn't need that. We agreed on the next day. He maintained good communication and was honest and transparent about the work he was doing.

It turns out that the wax seal on the toilet had deteriorated. He cleaned and vacuumed, looked inside the toilet from underneath, checks for cracks, resealed and re-caulked until there was no more leaking after multiple flushes.

He offers a short warranty on this work and was done in less than an hour, no hassles. One of the most seamless and quick and painless home service interactions I've ever had. Gilbert is definitely added to my small roster of reliable, trustworthy, and quality home service and repair companies in the area.
