I requested a plumber to possibly change out my toilet flange due to the toilet being loose. I got quotes for up to 6500 to change out the flange. G and F came out for a quote and assessment and stated the flange still had some life in it. They were able to fix the loose toilet for less than 200. They were prompt, professional, and provided an alternative fix to my problem. Highly recommended.

Very professional and friendly. My garbage disposal had exploded and I took advantage of the time to also get my faucet replaced. I did get multiple quotes and not only was Gilbert's the most reasonable, his service was good and he was in and out in about an hour. He cleans up the work site, removed all the old stuff and his work is precise. Definitely would recommend and call again.

Gilbert is the man. I've worked with him enough times now that I don't even call other plumbers for quotes or diagnosing anymore. His prices are extremely fair, his knowledge/thoroughness/explanation skills are top notch, and he's extremely professional and kind.

I found Gilbert after moving into an old home - we had drainage issues in the sink right away. I did the Yelp quote request feature and spoke to multiple plumbers, and some of those quotes were outrageous and unnecessary. However, Gilbert called me, had me diagnose the problem over the phone, and offered really great prices, great communication, and quick service. My sink has been great ever since.

Fast forward a few months and one of the toilets clogged and sewer was backing up into our bathtub. I did the Yelp quote request feature again and spoke to multiple plumbers who again gave outrageous estimates and poor reasoning for the work they were suggesting. Then I spoke to Gilbert and he really walked me through diagnosing the problem over the phone and explained it so well that I knew I had to go with him. He came right away, removed the toilet, snaked the branch line, and even fixed our toilet which was originally installed incorrectly. He left our place so clean that I felt bad (remember... sewer was coming out of our bathtub). His price was great. And after speaking to him for this job I knew I found my plumber.

Yesterday I had a plumbing problem in the other bathroom (attached to a separate drainage line). My toilet water level was dropping after every flush and gurgling. Gilbert came over the next day and he noted that it looked better than the previous day's video that I showed him. He found a separate clean out and let me know it would be cheaper than the original quote because of it. He also did a bunch of things to test the drainage line. Ultimately it seemed like this got better on its own as whatever was partially clogged in the line probably got dislodged. Gilbert was honest and let me know that snaking it was not ultimately necessary but it was my choice to do so anyway if I wanted to. We decided not to do anything because the toilet was working fine. Gilbert didn't charge me even though he spent considerable time with me investigating this.
