I would definitely recommend FV Plumbing if your in a pinch. I contacted them on a Sunday morning, they immediately responded to my request with a fair and honest price. The technician arrived on time and immediately started addressing the situation. We were back in business 30 mins later. Great service!

HYDRO JET TIME

Frank came out with the hydro jet to unclog my pipes. It's basically a hose that blasts water pressure to clear pipes. It was pricey but worth it. The snake wouldn't work and we had to bring out the big boy lol.

Pros
- Frank is honest and upfront
- Came immediately after the request
- Fixed my problem
- Work comes with a 6 month warranty

Cons
- Expensive. The hydro jet was $600. Other places quoted me $700-$800 so actually Frank was cheaper but again it was pricey to use but I'm glad it has the warranty. Worth it.

Do NOT use Draino ever guys. They found a bunch of old draino paste clogging the pipe.

Our water heater stopped working and needed to find someone to come out and replace it with a new one as quick as possible. Frank got back to us quickly and came out (the next day) with a new water heater to replace what we had and took the old one. He was professional, quick, and had great customer service. Asked if we had any questions or concerns before leaving. Highly recommend for all your plumbing/rooter needs!

Frank is reliable and consistent in getting things done. He helped us get the part needed w/ out us needing to do anything on our end for our water heater. He is honest, communicative and made sure to provide us with updates along the way.

Raul was prompt and on time for the repair appt. He did a great job with the repair. Raul also had someone with him learning the repair. We always appreciate a teaching moment and glad to witness skills being passed on to the next generation. Raul was a great instructor and tech.

I was referred to Frank and the gang from another trusted plumbing company. Unfortunately the prior company didn't have the hydro jet equipment to clear the drain in our kitchen. They were called on a Thursday and came on-time on Friday.

Within an hour, our drain was hydro jetted and cleared of all obstructions. Although I'm confident that we won't need it, the work came with a 90 day guarantee. The crew that did the work was professional, tidy, and efficient without trying to upsell me on any unnecessary work.

BTW, they drove at least an hour to get to my home in Redlands. I highly recommend them

Frank was quick to respond and came within hours of calling him and within the given time frame. I was already impressed with that. He was able to unclog our kitchen sink with no problem and gave us a 30 day warranty. His price seemed reasonable but his courteousness and professionalism made it a great value in my opinion.
