I am a real estate agent, and contacted FV plumbing because my client's water shutoff valve was in need of replacement. Francisco was able to come out and quickly replace the unit. Several days later he went back out to replace the kitchen sink plumbing because it had an inadequate flexible line installed that was causing the sink to back up and he did a quick and professional job once again for a reasonable price. My client was very satisfied with his work and I could not recommend him more highly. Very communicative, honest, and fair.

This is my second time using Frank, but this time it was for my moms house. Her drains backed up and overflowed in her kitchen. Frank came in and snaked it and power washed it per my request. (Power washing is highly recommended to get rid of sludge that a snake cannot) He also found out her clean out was covered up during a kitchen remodel so he repaired that. We also had him repair and replace a clogged drain that ran out to her front yard. He did an excellent job and my mom is completely satisfied. Hard to find a plumber that you can just send over to your mothers house without having to worry about them being taken advantage of. Frank is the one you can trust. He called me after it was done to let me know everything went smoothly. Nothing else you could want from a plumber. A+ service.
