We were having issues with our AC unit, it would stop working intermittently so we gave Fuse a call. The last thing we needed in this heat!! They came the next day for a small fee, provided an estimate and did the work all within an hour. Tim was so nice and professional and went above and beyond helping repair a broken pipe. They were quick and affordable. Highly recommend.

They were very responsive and flexable. Their pricing was the best out of 4 companies we requested quotes from. As well as being clear and upfront about what was in the quote . They pulled out our old gas furnace and installed a brand new electric HVAC system. They completed the work in 3 days. It would have been 2 days but since our old system was old (from the 70's) there was a component they had to special order. Which was understandable. But they got it the next day. We had to reschedule the inspection afterwards (on our part) and they were very accommodating. We now are enjoying full central AC throughout the house. Just in time for the summer. And we're looking forward to a warm winter.

The electric outlet in the Kitchen and two of the rooms weren't working, and I had called several places to get a quote, and these guys give the best price in the area!

The Electrician, Matt, came and he did a great job and fixed the outlets for a very affordable price and even fixed upstairs outlets and the hallway lights for us for free! He was friendly and fixed the problem in no time! Don't look anywhere else, I would definitely recommend!

Fuse is a great operation! The booking was easy and efficient. The repair man was quick and thorough. Shortly after his first visit, I received an online quote for the repair (which you could confirm online as well). The parts were ordered and the repair was scheduled for about a week later. The repair man showed up on time and replaced the parts with no issues. Love these guys!

Fuse charges $110 for diagnostics, which is credited towards your bill if you decide to do business with them. I think this is a shady practice because the $110 will be a decent chunk of your total bill - it was half of mine. If you do the diagnostics, then you're pretty much invested, otherwise you'll be throwing away your money. I learned from this mistake and hopefully you don't have to do the same. Overall, their repair estimates are way higher than their competitors. Again, once you do the diagnostics, you're trapped - your bill at the minimum is $110. Don't be fooled by their good ratings.

We recently used FUSE HVAC to install an AC and Air Purifier system in our home. Peter quoted the project and was available for questions throughout the process. The group of technicians we worked with felt to me to be very knowledgeable but at times communication was not the easiest to understand as a result of a language barrier. At the end of the day the work was completed on time and in a very professional manner. The AC is working great and we can only hope the Air Purifier will help with allergens in the air in our home. We did encounter an installation issue but the company worked with us throughout the process to make sure we were ultimately satisfied with the work around solution to our issue. The two team installation team was led by Aleksanders. Both men worked very hard but Aleksanders stayed very late the final day to make sure all our questions were addressed and we were satisfied. He was an extremely hard worker. He also alerted us to some other duct issues which we also appreciated. This team showed up on time, cleaned up daily and worked very hard. Thank you to the team at Fuse for getting our AC unit functioning before the fire season. We have not had to run the unit for any length of time but so far all is good. If anything changes we will update this review.
