Fuse was great to work with, it was very easy to book an appointment and our technician, Leo, was excellent. I really appreciated the way he explained everything that he was doing. He showed me each part that he was analyzing during our refrigerator repair so that I was confident he replaced the correct part. I reached out to Fuse on Yelp (through their request system) to help me with my LG Washer, which was acting really wonky. They got back to me right away, which was amazing. A few days later, Kostas came out to do a diagnostic. While ultimately, the issue was the main circuit board (and was too expensive to repair given the price of the unit itself), Kostas was knowledgeable and professional throughout. He checked everything, diagnosed the issue, and gave me a quote for repairs (which didn't end up happening).

I would absolutely call Fuse for any other appliance issues. Prompt, professional, and fair goes a long way.

8 months after Chirill fixed my heater, it suddenly acted up again, the flame was turning on and off every several seconds. I called Fuse HVAC on Sunday afternoon, prepared to hear the voicemail and leave a message, and was really surprised when Alec picked up the phone, he told me their schedule was fully booked in the next 4 days, but he would contact Chirill and let me know if he could squeeze me in. Less than an hour later, he called me and confirmed Chirill would come on Monday. Chirill arrived on time, upon inspection, he identified the issue was cause by a blocking of air intake, he fixed it, AND didn't charge me, even though it is after 6 months' warrantee period. I'm so impressed by how professional and customer centric they are, both Alec and Chirill and the company they represent. I highly recommend Fuse HVAC Appliance Repair.

We were looking for a new gas furnace, AC system with duct work. We had multiple bids from others and decided to go with Fuse HVAC & Appliance Repair and we are so happy with the outcome. Stan came out to our home to see the layout of the house and was able to answer all my questions about different HVAC systems and give us several choices and options along with providing a detailed estimate for the installation.
After choosing what we wanted, Ilyas and his co-worker came out for the installation and did a fantastic job with the installation. Our new system was up and running within 3 days! I wish all installers could work like him, so fast and efficient and pays a great attention to every detail.
After installation, Matt came out to do the final inspection with the city inspector which passed with no problems. Everyone that came out was respectful of my house and wore masks, shoe coverings and the installers even used an industrial HEPA filter in the home while they were working.
Overall, we had a very positive experience. In the future, I can't wait to do business with them again.

So far, I've had a great experience with Fuse. I have a hydronic heater, and they were able to service it. Jane is a good and communicative coordinator. Kostas, the guy who came to repair my maintenance, was great. He was on time, and I greatly appreciated his honesty. He worked quickly and was respectful. Thank you!

Our heat was not working properly, so I found a Fuse HVAC as a referral on Nextdoor.com with good reviews from my fellow neighbors. I called to make an appt & spoke to Jane who was very helpful. I later found out that appts can be booked directly online via their website! We just had our appt this morning & our technician, Chirill showed up on time & was extremely professional & courteous. Due to COVID, he came with his mask & also wore shoe coverings over his shoes. He was able to diagnose the issue & we found out that our igniter needed to be replaced. We also had another issue regarding the airflow in one of the rooms, which he was able to evaluate and remedy.
Chirill was even nice & patient enough to show me how to properly replace our air filter, if needed.
Overall, I am highly satisfied with the service. Chirill was professional, friendly & efficient. Everything got resolved so quickly. Prices also affordable. I highly recommend Fuse HVAC & would definitely use them again if needed
