Great guys. Came by to diagnose an issue, fixed within a couple hours. Charged me for it. We called them back a few days later as a similar issue was causing damage to the freezer and they fixed it free of cost, by owning up to slight oversight the first time around.

This shows they are good-hearted, and are willing to be honest, transparent, and understanding. Thanks Kostas, and team!

Excellent and fair service. I made a call and got an appointment on the same day for my frig/freezer repair. The service guy (Kostas) showed up on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it all in less than 2 hours. My freezer is now making ice again! Will definitely use this company for future repairs of appliances and HVAC.

3 months ago, my LG washer died... Victor came by - spent 2 hours, identified the issues, showed me the actual problem, got the part, fixed it..

Yesterday Nik came by - fixed my refrigerator (maytag). same. in and out in 30 mins.

In both cases,
- I called on Saturday morning, and they were here after lunch.
- they gave me clear quotes before starting
- identified the issue, proved it, got the part and fixed it

They speak with Russian accent - but they be like fixer mafia.. all appliances are fixed - no issues. ;-)

Adam came to my house to fix a problem with the furnace since it wasn't working. They quickly diagnosed the problem and were able to fix the furnace which hadn't been working for a few days. My project included installation of a new gas furnace in the attic and a new outdoor tankless water heater. The job was done timely and included proper permits and inspections. The team was going above and beyond to deliver an exceptional quality. Also they've changed all old gas pipes and put new water lines to a utility closet at no additional cost.

The price was way better comparing to other offers that I had (including estimates from Costco and HomeDepot contractors)

I rarely write reviews, but I was able to schedule a same-day inspection for a heating problem. There was some back and forth with the tenants, but Chirill was patient enough to come back for a second visit and fix the problem in a timely manner. He did a great job and also offered to change the air filter in the house. Overall, very satisfied with the service.

Ruslan does and amazing job of solving problems. We had issue with refrigerator not cooling - he fixed it, but he also fixed other things we didn't expect dryer (which was making strange sound while working).
