Update: We have FUSE team- Nikita & Paul come to install the new HVAC system which Stan recommend. The team has worked so hard and has done an amazing job. The condenser is so quiet and the system is very energy saving. Adam is courteous and professional to get the inspection job done. We are very happy with the quality work and excellent service FUSE provide and definitely will hire them again!

I had fuse out to diagnose a refrigerator issue yesterday. The technician was knowledgeable, professional, prompt. While we may not do the repair, since it's major, and may opt for a new refrigerator, he spent time with us giving us advice on both the repair and new appliance (brands, etc). I will use them again for my appliance repair needs.

I needed AC installation. Stan clearly explained all the options. I chose to replace the furnace as well: it was old and I wanted a two-stage furnace so I can have lower power usage and quieter operation. Nikita and his partner worked from 8am to 7pm for 3 days and did a wonderful job. They added dampers so that the old single-zone ducts can support a two-zone system. They were super friendly and professional.

Fuse went above and beyond in 2 additional requests. First, I had some wood refinishing done after Fuse finished, and this led to a lot of dust in the filters. I discovered this after moving in, and this was during California wildfires, so I wanted clean high MERV filters. I couldn't find filters locally, and so Fuse came by and dropped off new filters the next morning. Great service.

Second, my toddler son opened a furnace vent and dropped a heavy ball down the duct. Fuse came by in the same day, opened the duct, removed the ball, and closed the duct. I really appreciated this.

I had my HVAC causing problems when it was too hot. Alex from Fuse cane to check it. He was courteous and a through gentleman. He checked everything, walked me through different potential issues and was very knowledgeable about HVAC. In the end he found the fault to be due to the batteries in thermostat that had gone bad. He checked everything- from temp to air filter to volts and condenser condition.

Highly recommend this business for HVAC related issues.

Update - Adam at Fuse reached out to me, apologized for the experience we had, and sent us a check for the money we'd spent repairing our refrigerator. Our AC died on the 103 degree day just before the big czu fire. Serg Z came a few days later and fixed it ( failed capacitor in the compressor). Now we are nice and cool. Thsnks Fuse!
