They installed a full HVAC system for my parents, the pricing was very competitive and they did a full install in 3 days. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and the installers worked hard to get everything done on time. The only downside is that we had to wait a few weeks for them to do the work because they were so busy. They do good work, so I can understand why they are.

My furnace failed a few days prior to Christmas. We tried calling several appliance repair companies, but all of them were unavailable for several days due to the holiday. Fuse said that they could send out a technician - on Christmas eve afternoon! Sergey arrived on time, was professional and courteous - and quickly diagnosed and fixed the furnace (it was a failed blower motor capacitor). Excellent service.

Fuse did a good job installing our a/c unit. They had the best price quote, very polite technicians who were great about being Covid-safe. Wore shoe covers into house and even lay down a cloth runner between outside to the furnace inside my daughter's closet so that t hey never stepped directly on our floors. It ended up taking two 10 hour days to get everything done and they had some challenges getting everything to work. However, they were persistent and did not leave until they got it all figured out. They were responsive even after we thought we had another issue. Very much recommend. Good competitive price, professional and responsive!

Needed a furnace replacement and decided to go with an AC unit for the first time. Fuse gave us the best price for both units and was quick to come out for an estimate. The two men gave us all new wiring since ours was outdated and installed both units very quickly. However, there was a problem when they went to test the new units. They replaced a blown fuse and got us up and running in no time.

Overall, really nice and we're enjoying our new furnace and AC. Best company around.

When it got very hot this summer we wanted to install an air conditioner at our place. I called a bunch of places but Fuse HVAC offered the best quote. They also came in for a free home consultation. They sent me a quote with several options including breakdown of the cost for parts and labor. I chose one of the options and they scheduled to come in to install a week later.

They promised to finish the installation within a day. Two guys came in the morning around 9 am and worked through the day and finished around 11pm. While we would have liked it if they had finished a bit earlier in the day nevertheless we were glad they finished the job within a day. We were a bit concerned due to COVID but they wore a mask throughout the day and were quite careful.

Our bedroom is big and had only one vent which we had found was not enough to heat the room during winter. I asked if they couldn't install another vent; to my surprise they said that would be easy to do and did it as a compliment. Sweet!

I highly recommend Fuse HVAC. They are very professional and their price is very reasonable too.

This is to update my review on 12/9. FUSE called on Saturday, 12/12 to schedule Technician Chrilli the following Monday 12/14 for the repair work after received the 'Spark motor' part. Chrilli came as scheduled on time and COVID-19-safe on Monday. After 30 minutes of replacing the part and run through the testing, furnace turns on as expected. The furnace has been working manually and automatically via the programmed times for a work now. I appreciated Chrilli's thorough testing and the replaced part is much cheaper than the initial diagnose of replacing the ""Pilot"". I would have provided a 5 star review if the diagnose and the repair work had been completed in a week instead of 30+ days.
