Another company that seems to have either been sold or changed their policy without explaining. Beware you invoice will not be itemized. I expected and need an itemized invoice to submit to the property management company and insurance, This is so not OK!!

I also sincerely appreciated that they offered an honest quote, as another company I was looking into quoted more than double what Furuta Plumbing estimated. I had a great experience with Furuta Plumbing. It was a relatively straightforward job - installation of two toilets that were already on site. But Jacob showed up on time, was very knowledgeable, very friendly and did a great job. Pricing also was very fair. I look forward to working with them for other plumbing projects.

Horrible. They charged an arm and leg and didn't even complete the job. Do not hire. They won't complete the job and you would need to hire someone else to finish it.

They do not arrive on the scheduled day of repair. I've been without hot water for over 2 weeks. I got a very smart email reply. If they don't come they can answer to AO customer complaints.

I've called Furuta Plumbing three times within the past year and they came within the given time given. Each plumber was knowledgeable and able to fix my plumbing issues at a reasonable rate! I recommend Furuta's to anyone who asks for a plumber!

This company states satisfaction guaranteed. this isn't true!!!! They didn't fix the problem and made more problems for us when they left. The worker was face timing the office 5 times asking how to work out the issue. Then they lied about the work done and charged hundred's of dollars. this is some kind of strange Satisfaction. I would never use them again and strongly suggest to others to use another company. I will contact the better business bureau concerning this bogus work
