Yesterday we had Max from Furuta Plumbing search for the location of a water leak from our second floor to our first floor. Max worked diligently and quickly and found the source of the leak. He replaced needed parts to our water system and tested/retested until he was satisfied there was no longer a leak and no future leaks would be a problem. Max was very personable, friendly and knowledgeable in his plumbing craft. We will look to Furuta Plumbing for our future plumbing needs as the cost for repairs was very reasonable.

My parents had a clogged toilet and shower tub. No amount of plunging or liquid plumber was working. Looked on yelp and called a bunch of plumbers. I either got no answers (even with the companys with great reviews) or no call backs. Finally the ONLY one to call back and was able to come right away was Furuta Plumbing. Even their prices was super reasonable! They were able to fix my parents clogged drain and was even able to fix their toilet that has been making sounds for awhile just for an extra charge. Super happy they were able to help my parents on a short notice. Will be our go-to for all our plumbing needs from now on. Super recommended!

My 20 yr old water heater recently started to leak. So I was recommended by a friend to call Furuta plumbing. Elsa was very responsive with a quote and a reasonable time for repairs to be made. Dayton ( technician) showed up promptly on scheduled time and removed, replaced and cleaned up area. He was personable, knowledgeable and professional. Would recommend using this company again.

Furuta Plumbing was unable to provide a better, less invasive, cheaper option than another plumber. Our bathroom had a tub and shower valve that got stuck open due to age and corrosion. Furuta wanted to replace the entire valve by cutting a hole in the other side of the wall, from a bedroom, to gain access to replacing the entire valve. I cancelled and sought an alternative. Another plumber was able to replace a small part in the valve, a ""universal cartridge"", which only necessitated a new tub/shower handle fixture. The other more knowledgeable plumber was hundreds and hundreds of dollars cheaper, and they didn't have to cut a hole in my wall, which would have cost hundreds more to repair.

We've used Furuta twice now - once to fix this terrible leak in our kitchen and once to replace our toilet. Yeah, when things go wrong they REALLY go wrong! These guys are punctual, super professional, and so fast! They had to organize a sub for the drywall in the bathroom but that guy came and got things done quickly too! They communicate well and to top it all off, their prices are competitive! Can't beat it! We tried to get a competitor's quote on the same kitchen job and that guy never even showed up or called, just to give you an idea of what's out there. So we are very grateful for the awesome customer service and skilled workmanship at Furuta. We will definitely call them back!

Solid company and crew. Dayne is very knowledgeable and gives fare estimates without over selling or giving you the run around. His staff is also very knowledgeable, friendly and know how to work efficiently (pretty hard to find nowadays). I've used them a few times for work and have never had to make a call back. My last call was for a clogged drain line that services our steam boilers. They used their Hydrojet to break up all the scale build up. Wayyyyy easier than trying to manually snake the lines. They also used a scope to check their work before and after to see where the build ups were. The company vehicles are very clean and without any oil leaks. I'm throwing that out there because the last thing you want is a black slick spot in your driveway or loading zone haha. These guys provide great, friendly service. I had a leak issue with my Manabloc system and spoke to Dayne Furuta, the owner. He is a nice guy who helped me through this every step of the way. I had to replace the entire Manabloc panel due to multiple leaks and well, because it was old. The leaks were discovered by me on a Friday, and by the following Wednesday the panel was replaced with a brand new one. Fortunate for me since it happened to be the last one they had in stock on the entire island. The technician (Paul) who took care of the installation was also a nice guy and answered all of my dumb questions with patience and professionalism. I would definitely hire Furuta Plumbing again, and highly recommend them if you're having issues with your Manabloc... Mahalos Furuta Plumbing!
