I would not recommend anyone to utilize their services! Not only are they overpriced, but they do not even provide adequate receipts or paperwork to reflect the work done. I had a toilet that wasn't flushing, which was a small issue, and they charged me $350 to fix. I asked the technician why it was so expensive and he claimed that parts needed to be replaced in the tank. I requested an invoice before the job was completed so that I could see a full breakdown of what I was being charged. One has yet to be provided. To date I've only received a receipt that shows nothing! Not to mention that when receiving the receipt, it only says """"fulton services"""", and does not even reflect that it's a plumbing company. When looking over said receipt there is absolutely no breakdown of the parts provided, cost of labor, warranty on parts, etc. I have been calling for almost a week requesting that they provide me with an invoice displaying the services rendered. It seems as though they are now trying to doctor up an invoice that will justify the amount of money they charged for parts and labor. I was given two different excuses as to why I've yet to receive it and also two different dates where I was promised I would receive it. STEER CLEAR! Expensive, unprofessional and untrustworthy. I believe they are inflating their prices or else they'd be able to provide ample documentation at the conclusion of services explaining exactly what they did without needing time to create one!

Very disappointed in the service call made by Fulton Heating and Air. I was fine with the $89 trip charge for diagnosis, but then was told there is a $250 diagnosis charge for a leak on top of the trip charge, plus the amount it will cost to fix the leak and add Freon to the unit. The price I was going to be charged was moving towards the price of putting in a new unit. So I paid the trip charge and sent them on the way. Never again.

We discovered a leak in our main line this morning. Called about 7:30 and had someone out in the morning to repair it. We have used Fulton Services for all of our plumbing needs and annual plumbing check for over three years now. The technicians have always been very professional. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.

I strongly recommend NOT using Fulton Services. They failed to replace a broken HVAC blower motor (it was pinging) and sold me a whole new HVAC unit. It was a classic bait and switch. Upon leaving they said """"by the way the outdoor unit was broken and has a freon leak"""". Wanted me to buy a new outdoor unit. I had wised up by then. Two other HVAC companies agreed the indoor unit was mis-installed and said I should get Fulton to come back and fix the install or pull it out. Fulton refused, credit card company was not much help saying I had not returned the unit so no refund. Turns out they simply cut the circuit breaker to the outdoor unit so it would not run. No heat for a month in dead of February. Thanks Fulton. Next reputable company out said it had plenty of freon, flipped the circuit breaker on and the unit ran fine. Crooked as they come. Beware the needless up sell pressure. Lots of frustrating calls to the company and spoke once with the owner (no help) who seemed to always be out of town.

I called due to a plumbing issue. The technician that came out explained in detail what was the issue and showed it to us also. I will definitely call them for any plumbing issues we have and recommend them.

TJ has been to visit us a few times for a number of different plumbing problems that have sprung up in our old house. The most recent time there was some confusion about replacing our garbage disposal and he was very patient with us and honored his original price even though the equipment purchased (on our own) wasn't technically within the specifications he had given us. We're very satisfied customers!

We had a tricky heat/air replacement in our Atlanta Penthouse Condo and I can not say how great Fulton Services were. They had a very knowledgeable technician (thanks Tim) who came out and tried to repair our 40 year old system. Unfortunately the old system was pretty much worn out. They had their manager Scotty come out to review and give us some options for what we might do to restore our system. We decided on a new one due to the age of the original and they replaced the system as promised. They were very careful not to cause any damage to our floors, showed up when they said they would, and finished up as scheduled too! They were extremely professional and installed a great system. We've had heat pumps before that took ages to heat and cool, this one accomplishes it quickly. I highly recommend them.

A Technician came out to fix toilet that had not been installed properly. They fixed the problem but took complete advantage of the situation. $878 to pull up the toilet, add a couple of Stack N Seal flanges, and then reseat the toilet. 2 hours of work at $878. They also quoted $2,000 to remove the last 10 feet of cast iron drain pipe still in my crawl space under my house and then replace it with PVC. I found another plumber to do it for $650. They will over-charge you.

They were fabulous! Came out within 2 hours. We had water flooding right outside the house. My service person was professional and actually identified the problem as my neighbor's but he helped them turn off their water. I'd recommend them highly.

There's a reason these guys are listed in http://www.homereports.com. They know what they are doing and won't screw around with you. They are a little expensive, but if you want the job done right, its worth a few extra bucks. I had a brand new AC unit installed by these guys and they also serviced my ancient furnace. I'd highly recommend them to everyone.
