I had an issue with my air conditioner. They came within in two hours. The guy came and was preoccupied with the fact that he left is tool at another customers house. He did close the door, turn off lights, put water house back. Just left everything unkempt. He also spent way too much time talking to the 'client' about getting his tool. The prices are high so at the very least they should guarantee top notch customer service.

Would not use if my life depended on it. The technician who came over to our house had a strong odor of cigarettes and gave us a quote that was 3 (yes 3) times more than other similar companies (like Sundial). The manager later called and reduced the price from 2800 to 1200 after we already repaired it by a different company. Stay away!!!

This company is the most unethical company I've ever come across. They arrived at my house with a quote of $500 to swap out a garbage disposal. When I gasped at the astronomical price, they wanted $90 for a trip fee! They operate with coercion tactics. This job is a $200 job at the most (I had other quotes). When I called the management, they quickly offered to drop the price by $200! I refuse to conduct business with a company willing to play numbers game of that nature. The trip fee was paid only because I felt intimidated and feared the man wouldn't leave my home. Surprisingly, this company was listed in top category with Home Reports. I will not be using their referrals anymore either. By the way, this was a day time working hours call-NOT an emergency! As of 5/27/11, I received a polite phone call from the management offering to refund my trip fee in order to satisfy my complaint. Thank you, Fulton Plumbing. As of 6/24/11, I received a full refund for the trip fee. Thank you.

They overcharge and still charged the service fee. Do your research they might be qualified but for simple tasks they over charge with their so called flat rate. The labor rate (per hr) for my job was $600 that I find is unacceptable and they took advantage of the situation with the high service fee.

We spent a fortune with this company last fall. They firstly quoted a price for the work which they almost doubled and hit my credit card with - without checking with me. The unit has just broken down again (months after installation). Would I recommend this company - Absolutely not. Way overpriced, poor service and clearly not a good install =(

Listed on homereports.com and think they can charge you literally an arm and a leg for work. $400+ per hour of labor? No way.

My AC Unit was blowing hot air. Fulton Plumbing & AC came out and determined that the motor was broken. They charged $900 for the install. As I was about to pay, my neighbor came up and told me that the price was at least twice what it should be. I called another company and they told me they would do it for $350. I asked the repairman to remove the motor and leave. He did -- very politely. I paid the $89 service fee. Ful Bro just installed a new motor with no fuss for $350. I shoUld have read the review by faithp before calling them. RIP OFF.

These guys are way too overpriced, practically crooks. They tried to charge me $498.00 for a part that costs less than $100.00 at cost. I ended up finding another company to fix the disconnect for $200.00.

Expensive. I spent $1,300 on a simple root cutting job! And they didn't do the job right. Called a few days later and they said, """"No warranties. You signed the receipt."""" This place is a rip-off, plain and simple. If you have a ton of dough, these are your guys. If you don't, look elsewhere.

Its Saturday afternoon and I'm watching some basketball. Over the sounds on the TV and the noise outside, I hear a strange dripping noise. I open the door to the HVAC closet and see that the dripping is coming from the AC condenser.... ): I turn off the AC and search Yelp for AC repair people and find Fulton Services. I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday morning. The repairman was prompt & courteous. He inspected the unit, and quickly diagnosed that the AC condenser drain was clogged. He cut the pipe, cleaned it out and sealed it back up. He even gave me some tips to prevent it from happening again (pouring 1/2 cup of bleach in the drain before you use it each spring). And he only charged me the trip fee - $89. While that may be a bit more than other places trip fees, i didn't find it completely out of line and the service i received was great and honest.
