Once again, grateful thanks to Spectrum for coming to our rescue. Our attending technician, TJ, was expedient in finding the source of our problem, a major kitchen drain and pipe deterioration. TJ also explained clearly the needed repairs, and very efficiently then made all corrections/replacements. A considerable task, but all carried out with pleasant courtesy and good humor. Had these guys come out once to install a toilet. great job but a little more that we expected to pay but that was ok. had them come a second time for a basic bathroom sink install and they quoted 800.00 ended up doing the work in an hour myself with 12 dollars worth of parts. not sure if the owner is paying attention to the staff. that quote was at least 4 times more than the going rate in town.

We came home to a rather unpleasant sight of raw sewage on our front lawn. I called them that night and they came out the next morning and worked in the rain to fix our plumbing. We had researched prices and were prepared for a very hefty bill. It was with extreme pleasure that the work was done quickly, cleanly, and professionally at a very reasonable price that never neared the """"hefty"""" range. We will be calling them for any other plumbing needs in the future.
