Full Spectrum is the best. They answer the phone, give prompt reliable and quality service. Technician Raistlin Young was fantastic. Gave a full assessment and estimate, performed work at once and completed in the estimated time. Thoroughly satisfied.

Finding a reliable plumber is very difficult in this day and age. I mean... Who really knows what they are doing down there, right? We recently had a leak from our tankless water heater. I called a couple of plumbers that I've used in the past and they were slow to respond or were unable to come out within a reasonable timeframe. We received a flyer from Full Spectrum in the mail. I'm always very skeptical to call somebody new without a friends reference. I called Full Spectrum and they were polite, professional, understanding, and were able to get somebody over very quickly to stop the leak. We did have to replace the water heater and file an insurance claim for the damage from leaking water. The entire thing would've been much worse if they had not responded so quickly. And they went out of their way to replace the unit very quickly. After everything was completed, I realized that hot water was taking much longer to reach our kitchen than it had in the past. I called Full Spectrum. They did not hesitate to send a technician back to our home to try to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Based on past experience, which is pretty extensive after owning several homes and investment properties, I think the charges were very reasonable for an emergency call, priority, service, new parts, and a revisit.

Had these guys come out once to install a toilet. great job but a little more that we expected to pay but that was ok. had them come a second time for a basic bathroom sink install and they quoted 800.00 ended up doing the work in an hour myself with 12 dollars worth of parts. not sure if the owner is paying attention to the staff. that quote was at least 4 times more than the going rate in town.

I had some water leaking in my crawlspace and I did not know where it was coming from. The service technician determined that it was from the drain of a newly installed walk-in tub. He advised me being that it is still under warranty to contact them. I was only charged for the service call. The technician was friendly and honest which is what I look for in the service industry... I would fully recommend Full spectrum plumbing to those seeking a good plumber. They have continued to provide valued service.

Called these folks to repair items from a house inspection report on a house we're selling . Responsive, professional, punctual and reasonable quote. Will definitely use them again and would highly recommend to a neighbor.

Full Spectrum is a great company to work with from the time I called, to the staff getting us moved up due to the urgency of the situation. Brian was professional, knowledgable and courteous. Thanks for the help diagnosing the problem with a newer tankless water heater.

We came home to a rather unpleasant sight of raw sewage on our front lawn. I called them that night and they came out the next morning and worked in the rain to fix our plumbing. We had researched prices and were prepared for a very hefty bill. It was with extreme pleasure that the work was done quickly, cleanly, and professionally at a very reasonable price that never neared the """"hefty"""" range. We will be calling them for any other plumbing needs in the future.

Called for estimate. They quoted me $1700 vs over plumbers between $300-$500. I was getting multiple quotes. A couple hundred $ difference is ok, but not a 4 times

I called these people for service. After leaving a message, they didn't even care to return my call. Nice.

Jackie, Jason and Thomas have been very professional and helpful. Easy to work with, listen to your needs, and have expierence in field needed to get the job done right the first time. Repiped pex lines in my home, finished in 1 day, minimal invasion of the walls, floors and shower. I would highly recommend them and will do business with them again. Thanks.
