I came home to water all over my garage floor and water dripping from the ceiling. My sister-in-law recommenced this company. I looked at the discouraging Yelp reviews and decided to call other companies. None of the other companies could come out in a reasonable time. So I called Full Service anyway. I was very pleasantly surprised, They were able to send someone out within a couple of hours. It also turned out that the problem had a simple fix that I could opt to do myself. I decided to have Full service fix it and be done with it since they were here. The price was reasonable and I am very satisfied with the repair.

I recommend Full Service Plumbing & had an excellent experience with the following staff. I called and spoke with Stephanie who was polite & helpful. She offered a free estimate to hydro jet my main line. Within 2 hours Matthew arrived, quoted prices to snake and or hydro jet. I was told the last time I snaked my main line that I would need to hydro jet the next time I had issues. I agreed to the hydro jet and he immediately started. He did an excellent job and cleaned up afterwards. We discovered a leak under the sink in the main pipe which was old & corroded. Since it was already evening & Matthew did not have the part, we decided he should come back first thing in the morning to replace the part. He showed up promptly at 8:30 am, replaced the old pipe and was on his way. Thank you Matthew & Stephanie!!

on 9/25/15 they claim to clean out my drains, but they told me they cannot clean from the roof like my previous company. 1 day later water is gushing out again from side discharge pipe. I called back tech he said i'll be back well here it is oct 13 , he sends another tech out, tells me he cant clean /snake from roof, I still have water discharging on side of house.. he says I can clean via hyro """"something"""" for $900 .. I said no thank you..
I called back ****** ****** rooter Service and he climbed on roof and snake it and fixed my problem . all within 30 minutes...

NOTE the 2 trucks that came to my house , DID NOT HAVE THEIR NAMES ON THEM? hmmmm a omen????

I have been waiting for two hours for the plumber from this establishment to come out to fix my toilet. They were supposed to be here between 10 and 12 o'clock today. It is now 12 o'clock and after calling twice to see if they were coming I was told they weren't coming at all.
The plumbers name was Sean and he said he could not come out at all today but could schedule me for next week. There was no apology, no explanation of why they had to cancel. Nothing. This is absolutely terrible customer service. They should change their name from Full Service Plumbing to No Service Plumbing. What a waste of a Saturday morning waiting for these unreliable people to show up. They advertise in the O.C. register so beware of the 24/7 availability they falsely advertise. They couldn't even show up within a two hour window.

DO NOT USE THESE CRIMINALS!!!!! They will have you sign a form that states if they don't get paid the full amount of their estimate then you are required to pay$_________ and then once you sign it they write in an amount way above their estimate. Like $10,000 on a $4,000 job. Then they add a bunch of stuff that's not warranted for the type of job they are doing. Then they sue you for the $10,000 when you refuse to pay their bogus fee's. STAY AWAY

I'm not sure why people are rating them so bad. I use this company because they sponsor a ton of our Norco events. I have used them a few times for random problems. We had a pipe break in our barn and they also fixed our shower from hell. The prices were reasonable and I will continue to use them.

I called this company for my main sewer. I like that they showed up within an 2 hours. they fix my problem very fast. too fast. It has only been 9 days. i have the problem again. i call full service back they answer was is not guaranteed you have to pay again and i don't have a technician intel tomorrow.
I speak to Stephany, the dispatcher she told me thats all they can do for me.
As a business owner and a customer i think they ancer is wrong they have to take responsibility for the poor service.
they rush the service the first time, that is not right. the prices was the same the other companies but is not fix if i have to redo again .

Read the reviews. The one that said they're ""awesome"" is probably their own people. I had an emergency and called them up, John arrived 4 hours late and when he said it was done, I thought all was good and I paid up. I later found out that the amount of work done was around $200 but he charged me $425. It was my first time calling a plumber and I didn't know. Anyhow, the next day, water was seen in the kitchen floors and I called him again but never heard from him. John is the the worst scammer. Will never call them again.

KARMA MR. OPITZ IS BITING YOU IN THE BUTT! The people of Corona/Norco trust their hometown local businesses. Your reputation has literally been ruined in our town.

We had a slab leak years ago in our home. Full Service Plumbing (AKA Drain Rite Plumbing) told us how much it would cost to fix it and billed us for that amount. We thought we were paid in full. Then, all hell broke loose. They tried to fraudulently bill State Farm and when they couldn't get the amount from them we started getting invoices in the mail relentlessly that we owed another $2000! I received a certified copy of a release of mechanics lien from the County Clerk in Riverside with an invoice attached that we are now paid in full with a zero balance! We were never notified that he even put a mechanics lien on our home. He has now opened up a new business called Full Service Plumbing, General Contracting & Restoration Services in Norco. This guy is unethical on so many levels!

Listen to the other reviews. John is a crook! He had to change his name from Drain Rite Plumbing because of bad reviews. You WILL be unhappy if you call him!!!!!
