I called this company for my main sewer. I like that they showed up within an 2 hours. they fix my problem very fast. too fast. It has only been 9 days. i have the problem again. i call full service back they answer was is not guaranteed you have to pay again and i don't have a technician intel tomorrow.
I speak to Stephany, the dispatcher she told me thats all they can do for me.
As a business owner and a customer i think they ancer is wrong they have to take responsibility for the poor service.
they rush the service the first time, that is not right. the prices was the same the other companies but is not fix if i have to redo again .

Read the reviews. The one that said they're ""awesome"" is probably their own people. I had an emergency and called them up, John arrived 4 hours late and when he said it was done, I thought all was good and I paid up. I later found out that the amount of work done was around $200 but he charged me $425. It was my first time calling a plumber and I didn't know. Anyhow, the next day, water was seen in the kitchen floors and I called him again but never heard from him. John is the the worst scammer. Will never call them again.

OWNER JOHN OPITZ IS A CROOK AND A SCAM ARTIST! BEWARE!

KARMA MR. OPITZ IS BITING YOU IN THE BUTT! The people of Corona/Norco trust their hometown local businesses. Your reputation has literally been ruined in our town.

We had a slab leak years ago in our home. Full Service Plumbing (AKA Drain Rite Plumbing) told us how much it would cost to fix it and billed us for that amount. We thought we were paid in full. Then, all hell broke loose. They tried to fraudulently bill State Farm and when they couldn't get the amount from them we started getting invoices in the mail relentlessly that we owed another $2000! I received a certified copy of a release of mechanics lien from the County Clerk in Riverside with an invoice attached that we are now paid in full with a zero balance! We were never notified that he even put a mechanics lien on our home. He has now opened up a new business called Full Service Plumbing, General Contracting & Restoration Services in Norco. This guy is unethical on so many levels!

Listen to the other reviews. John is a crook! He had to change his name from Drain Rite Plumbing because of bad reviews. You WILL be unhappy if you call him!!!!!

COMPLETE SCAM ARTISTS........
Beware this company will rip you off in a bad way. They go after your insurance company and when they don't pay the scam they come after you. All this after you paid the agreed amount for their services. They will lien your home if you
refuse to pay the post dollar amount. They will threaten you with law suits and could not be a more unethical company to deal with. Not only do you have to deal with a con artist owner but all of his henchmen service plumbers are in on the scam.
BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE.

Buyer beware- Use at your own risk

This is the shadiest company I have ever used. Rip off is being nice, they are crooks. I had a leak that turn into a nightmare. The plumber demolished my bathroom and left me worst off with a non working bathroom. The repair not only cost more to fix than the insurance company paid but their total bill with a supposed discount was inflated and took half of the paid amount leaving me not enough money to restore my bathroom. Please dont sign their blank contract ask for the estimate first. They had me sign and filled in the inflated amount later. The owner John is the most non personable person ever and will not answer your question or explain the bill. Kevin is also very non-responsive person unitil they want to get paid. When the check is cut they call you everyday. The plumber saw my policy and said that all the work could be done for that amount. Needless to say he ripped out things in my bathroom ( counter top, and more wall than necessary ) and I haven't heard from him since. I was told by the plumber not to worry evrything would be fine they are full service and that whatever needed to be done from plumbing to construction finsh they could handle. Again missing in action. Don't belive what they say and don't show them your policy they will destroy enough to get the maximum from your policy to assure their bill. Just hope that you have enough to cover their damages to your home. A 5x6 bathroom for plumbing and 4 blue fans cost $33000.00. This small room with vanity and toilet was priced to be 12,000.00 worth of damage. By the way my insurance was not for that much so I'm out of pocket unlike the plumber said.

The license number for Drain Rite does not match Full service which is the name on the receicpt. Caution!

Oh - the slip that says Customer only responsible for deductible balance from ins. Co. is deceiving. They are very unprofessional!!!!!!!!

If I could give a - star I would. Was refereed to Drain Rite Plumbing on Face Book. Called for an appointment. My main line to my septic tank was blocked. They stated they could not come out that day if the next day between 12-1 was OK. So I said that's fine. Well 2 o'clock rolled around and no one came. I called the office, the Secretary stated 2 guys called in sick and they would be out between 2:30-4:30
Understandable. 5:30 still no show. Then, some YAHOO called me at 5:30. He did apologize and would it be OK if he came the next day and promised me he would be here at 0900 sharp. 10:00 rolls around AND STILL NO SHOW NO CALL NO NOTHING. Try to call him. but surprise surprise his mailbox was full. So I call Res Tech Plumbing of Norco at 11:00 they were so nice and professional they scheduled me that day and was right on time (and a little bit early.) I was soooo impressed they took care of the problem and was reasonable priced.

They are very unprofessional. They billed me more than what the sign contract was for. I was also billed for services they did not do. I cancelled our agreement due to then being so unprofessional. I filed a claim against them. Do not use there services. The owner John is the biggest crook. They are known for not completing jobs. Read reviews on the internet. They are horrible.

This company is hot garbage. Complete rip off. I ADVISE you to not go with this company. They charged me an arm & a leg for something that should of been no more than maybe 500 dollars and instead it came out to almost 3g's. They was supposed to give me a estimate on fixing a pipe. Once i paid them for the little job they did they took the money and ran like cowards. I don't see how this stupid company stays in business with they way they lie
