In our field, we will establish the benchmark for how plumbing, heating, and cooling services should be delivered.

In March 2003, Mr. Michael S. Mansell launched Full Nelson Plumbing Inc. On December 10, 2012, Mrs. Heather Mansell came on board as the Vice President. In January 2018, the board appointed her as CEO and initiated the process to make Full Nelson a majority woman-owned business. Their vision has always centered on creating a service company prioritizing fair pricing, honesty, integrity, and overall customer satisfaction. In March 2019, Elefson & Son's Heating & Cooling was acquired, allowing the company to diversify and expand its service offerings to include heating and cooling services. Mr. Dwight Elefson also joined us and assumed the role of manager for the new HVAC division at Full Nelson PHC.

Right out of high school, Michael ""Shawn"" Mansell began exploring his passion in the apartment maintenance industry. His job introduced him to plumbing, igniting his curiosity. However, he also felt compelled to serve as a US Marine. Following his four years of service, he dove back into plumbing, working for various prominent companies in Kansas City. His strong work ethic and determination led him to establish his own business, and with his wife Heather's support, they began operating from home in early 2003. By 2016, the business grew to include six service technicians. Today, they operate from a 14,000 sq. ft. standalone facility with over 20 employees.
