Mr. Michael S. Mansell established Full Nelson Plumbing Inc. in March 2003. Mrs. Heather Mansell became Vice President on December 10, 2012. In January 2018, she was elected CEO by the board, which also started the application to classify Full Nelson as a majority woman-owned business. Their vision has always centered on creating a service company prioritizing fair pricing, honesty, integrity, and overall customer satisfaction. In March 2019, the company acquired Elefson & Son's Heating & Cooling, which allowed for diversification and the addition of heating and cooling services. Mr. Dwight Elefson came on board and became the manager of the new HVAC division at Full Nelson PHC.
Michael ""Shawn"" Mansell found his calling in the apartment maintenance sector immediately after graduating high school. His job introduced him to plumbing, igniting his curiosity. However, he also felt compelled to serve as a US Marine. After his four-year commitment, he re-engaged with plumbing by joining some of the larger plumbing firms in Kansas City. His strong work ethic and determination led him to establish his own business, and with his wife Heather's support, they began operating from home in early 2003. By 2016, they expanded to six service technicians. Currently, they work from a 14,000 sq. ft. independent building, employing more than 20 staff members.
