Had a problem with my sink, and only had the weekend to get it fixed due to my work schedule. I wasn't sure i'd find a good price and a good plumber at a short notice. Ben answered the phone even while he was out with his family on a Saturday evening, he told me he could fit me in first thing Sunday morning. He was on time, professional, very helpful and a genuinely nice guy. He walked me through the process and gave me plenty of advice to help keep everything flowing great throughout my house. The price was way lower than I would have thought for a Sunday morning plumbing call which was fantastic. Supporting a local business especially one that is owned by one of our US Military Veterans is something I always try to do and after my experience with Ben he will be the only plumber I call from now on, that's for sure!

Just wanted to say a few good things on my experience with BEN (Owner of From Sinks to Sewers). I had a small bathroom sink problem that I was unaware was a little bigger problem than I thought. Ben was prompt on the arrival time we setup and he explained to me exactly what he in-countered set-by-step. He was very understanding and knowledgeable and even called me back several hours after the job to confirm that I was happy with his work. He emailed me the 1yr warranty and an invoice that same day explaining what my hard earned money went to. In all my +50yrs of doing business with any plumbing company have I received or felt more respected. This guy is an honest person and I would highly recommend him and his company. Ben is the owner/operator for From Sinks to Sewers which is why I have used Ben countless times. I know the level of service I will get every time because it is always Ben that does the work. Some of the work he's done for me includes replacing faulty angle stops, plumbing a water heater to code, installing a pressure regulator, changing out a shower valve, clearing out clogged drain pipes, performing a mainline to sewer video inspection, plumbing inspection for home purchase, etc ... Ben's work is the best I've seen in the plumbing industry, and I've used many plumbers before as I buy/sell real estate, provide property management, and rehab homes for resale. Ben is not only methodical, but he also thinks long term and does what is best for the client. I really can't recommend him enough!!! Give him a call, you won't regret it!!!

Interesting conversation with this plumber. I asked for an estimate to install something very routine and he said he could not give a quote over the phone. Then I asked if he gave the quote when he got to my home. The answer was not. Well, then, I asked his price per hour. That was a secret too. Free quotes so I would know what price to expect? No. Bottom line was that I would not know the cost until he finished the job. Needless to write, he never made it to my home.
