Use this company for Private Sewer Lateral inspections: Ben shows up on time, sends the paperwork when he says he will, files with the city in a timely manner.... all the things that a Realtor needs to make the sewer lateral report process go seemlessly. Ben even went the extra mile to send me repair quotes by line item from a client's physical inspection report and sent additional educational hand outs to assist me with a question I had. Great guy.
Heard he's an awesome plumber, too.

We moved into our brand new house, went downstairs, and our water heater had blown a huge leak, flooding our basement for about 4-5 days before we even moved in. It was around 10PM on Friday night, but Ben came anyhow to save the day (and our sanity)! He fixed the leak, drained the water, and allowed us to sleep easier that night. Very reasonable rates, friendly to work with, and he made sure to follow up when I had questions. He even came by again to further strengthen the leaky pipes into the water heater free of charge. Would definitely recommend.

Ben was very professional and HONEST...our water heater sprung a leak and then died. We were referred to him via the company that will be fixing our roof, ( yes it has been quite a month). From Sinks to Sewers promptly returned our call. We were prepared to purchase a new heater, but he looked up the serial number and told us we were still under warranty and that he would pick up the broken one and go to the supply place to get it exchanged,. He was back when he said he would be, even called to let us know that he would be 15 minutes late. Prompt service, neat and reliable, he is now our new Plumber. WE highly recommend him for you plumbing needs.

Our home inspector recommended we get a sewer inspection before we sign any documents for a potential home offer. Being a brand new homeowner, and with no recommendations from friends, I turned to Yelp.
Yelp doesn't lie...so far. Ben called me right back after hours in the evening, and set up an appointment on a Sunday!! Worked perfect for us.
He arrived on time, and began and explained the process, step by step!
