We were very fortunate to have been referred to Ben! He came out on a Sunday to clear out our sewer lateral. He was extremely professional. I would highly recommend From Sinks to Sewers.

I had a tub that would not drain and wanted to call Sinks to Sewers. I made an appointment and then I thought I had called the wrong company so I canceled. I then called Sink to Sewers to make an appointment, however I guess I had called the right company after all and Ben proceeded to accuse me of trying to lower his price and refused to help me. I felt hurt and wrongly accused. It had nothing to do with his price I simply thought I had called the wrong company.

Ben has been to our house a few times. Always explains what's going and gets right down to business. Today I called him about an issue with our toilet. Instead of coming out and fixing it and charging us a bunch, he explained what he thought it was and that it's a fairly easy fix. Sure enough, it was an easy fix. He will continue to be our go to guy.

I was so blown away by his customer service I opened a Yelp account.

So, I go to change the P-trap in my bathroom sink and when I loosen the trap, the galvanized pipe snaps off in the threaded section. Thinking I need to cut the pipe and re-thread it, I call a plumber. I give ""From Sinks to Sewers"" a call and Ben answers. After explaining what happened, he said that is something he could fix but he wouldn't be able to get to it till late next week. So, he tells me to go to Lowes and buy a Fernco sleeve to slip over the pipe, hose clamp it, and then attach the P trap to that. Brilliant!! I didn't even know that existed.

For free, Ben told me how to fix my problem for about $10 to $20. That is amazing. I'm definitely giving Ben a call when I need a plumber. He was also super friendly.

Full disclosure: Ben didn't have to come to my house, but when I found a significant water leak in my master bathroom tonight at 10:30, he answered his phone (which is more than I can say for other companies who advertise that they have emergency service), he was extremely knowledgeable, and he helped me get a temporary fix in until I can get a plumber out at a decent hour tomorrow.

Nobody plans on plumbing issues, and I'm so grateful to Ben for talking me through the steps to get my hot water shut off so I can sleep tonight knowing my daughter and I won't wake up 2"" deep in water while my husband is on shift. Thank you so much, Ben!

Ben was fantastic, our shower was backed up and the toilet wouldn't flush, and when it finally would flush it would gurgle in the sink. I called Ben first thing Monday morning and he came out that day and had our problem fixed in no time. Before he came he called to see if we could problem solve over the phone so he wouldn't have to charge us for an un-needed visit. I have never had any plumber do that before! He also has a video camera that he uses to inspect the pipes and saw exactly what the problem was. He was professional, and showed up when he said he was going to be there. I would definitely recommend Ben's plumbing company to anyone!

No wonder Ben is 5 stars! We are just moving into our CA home and noticed that when someone flushes the toilet, the water gets cold/hot in the shower. I was calling different plumbers to get 3 bids for the job. Ben called me back within 10 minutes and explained the options for fixing my situation. Unfortunately, he only deals with inspecting/fixing clogged sewers, so I can't use him for this situation. BUT I felt I still had to to write a review to let others know that truly, there is a reason he gets 5 star reviews! Ben was quick to respond, listened, discussed with me at length regarding fixes for my problem-even though he doesn't do that work anymore. You can tell from our conversation that he has a passion for his job and has great work ethics. Kudos to Ben! I will definitely keep you in mind if we ever have a problem with clogged sewers!
