Ben just finished doing a sewer lateral repair for me - great job! Ben is very knowledgable, clearly explained what was going on and the options I had for repair. He worked with me to keep the cost reasonable. Ben is also very well equipped with his mobile workshop van. He proceeded carefully and efficiently through the multi-stage patching process which clearly required special expertise and tools. He communicated well with the Ojai Sanitation Inspector on this job which required City certification. On all counts I am very happy that I had Ben do the job - he's a straight shooter, a nice guy, and did a great job.

We moved into our brand new house, went downstairs, and our water heater had blown a huge leak, flooding our basement for about 4-5 days before we even moved in. It was around 10PM on Friday night, but Ben came anyhow to save the day (and our sanity)! He fixed the leak, drained the water, and allowed us to sleep easier that night. Very reasonable rates, friendly to work with, and he made sure to follow up when I had questions. He even came by again to further strengthen the leaky pipes into the water heater free of charge. Would definitely recommend.

Ben was very professional and HONEST...our water heater sprung a leak and then died. We were referred to him via the company that will be fixing our roof, ( yes it has been quite a month). From Sinks to Sewers promptly returned our call. We were prepared to purchase a new heater, but he looked up the serial number and told us we were still under warranty and that he would pick up the broken one and go to the supply place to get it exchanged,. He was back when he said he would be, even called to let us know that he would be 15 minutes late. Prompt service, neat and reliable, he is now our new Plumber. Our home inspector recommended we get a sewer inspection before we sign any documents for a potential home offer. Being a brand new homeowner, and with no recommendations from friends, I turned to Yelp.
