Excellent service. Had a leaking toilet, and it was leaking onto my toilet. They responded the same day and fixed everything. The price was very reasonable. They were fast and clean. They removed the toilet and replaced all seals. No leak!! Highly recommend them. Very pleased, thank you

Don't call Friend's Plumbing! I called and made an appointment for them to install bathtub fixtures and a new toilet. They said they would be here between 3 and 5. They never showed up and didn't have the decency to call me and apologize. Talk about unprofessional and rude. Needless to say, I would never recommend them to anyone!

We have been using Friend's Plumbing for many years and prior to our recent experiences they were a good company. I am unsure what the problem is exactly, but I assure you they deserve this rating. We recently had issues with our sinks and toilets clogging. The sink would gurgle repeatedly and the toilet would require plunging regularly. So we called Friend Plumbing to help out. The first guy would not even do anything because he said he could not find a problem. Don't tell me there is not a problem, sir, we have been experiencing problems for weeks. Recent problems escalated resulting in us requiring a plumber, but the first Friend's plumber tells us there is no problem. He claims to have made some minor repairs and that costs us over $100. The next night the sink was gurgling again. We called Friend's again and this time they sent two plumbers. After their """"snaking"""" repairs they accuse us of putting oil down the drain. WE DO NOT PUT OIL DOWN THE DRAINS. We have a container that we use to collect, recycle, and dispose of oil/grease. Yet that was the claim. $250 paid to Friend's and three days later the sink is gurgling again and spewing up dirty water. So what do we do? We call Friends plumbing and demand that they come back out to fix the problem they did not actually fix. We never heard back from them. We will no longer be doing business with Friends Plumbing.

I called Friend's Plumbing, and requested a plumber, and asked if one could be here at 3:00. He arrived nearly 4 hours later. Friend's Plumbing installed a water tank, that I bought at Home Depot. The plumber said he would be installing an 'expansion tank', due to whatever. I said that I was planning on changing to a tankless system in the near future, and didn't want the expansion tank. He said that was fine, but that I would have to sign some waiver, saying I didn't want it. I said that was okay. He said it would have cost me $100.00 to include that. For a tank that I provided, and work that I prepared before he came, such as: removing the electrical power from old tank; draining old tank; and having new tank ready to move into place, he quoted me a price of 595.51, to install MY tank. I was in construction for over 35 years, and worked with many plumbers, and could not fathom such a price, for an hour's work. But my water was off, and couldn't come back on, until a tank was installed, so I gave him the go ahead. When he came to say he was done, and I went out to see the work, I saw that he went ahead and installed the expansion tank, that I expressly said I did not want. He said he felt better, doing that. He said he tossed that in. BULLSHIT !!! He didn't give me that 100 buck? tank out of the goodness of his heart...he had the price already included in his quote. He was here, doing the job that he was actually supposed to be doing, for barely over an hour. I won't count the extra time it took him to install that expansion tank, that I said I did not want. Also, did not give me any 'senior discount', as offered on their website. I will NEVER use this company again.

Friend's gives great, prompt, friendly service. The techs are always nice and let you know whatever is going on every step of the way. Easy to schedule with and has emergency service on the weekends. Reasonably priced!

We have used Friend's Plumbing for over 20 years and the plumbers have always been very competent, professional, and pleasant, too. Today Bobby came to replace a garbage disposal and he was efficient, and knowledgeable. He even captured a lizard that had gotten into the kitchen, and released it outside! (Thanks Bobby!) I have found them to always be reliable, and they do an excellent job.

toilet not flushing properly. Asked for Dave to respond...as he did a GREAT job last time. Unfortunately, Dave has moved back to Ohio. Was given the dreaded 3 hour window 1-4 pm on Thursday. Called the office at 3:50...was told they were """"running behind"""". Employee, Nickie called, per my request, and FINALLY showed up at 4:45....You cant even show up on time...within 3 hours?? Nickie checked the toilet and said for him to use the auger, it would be $139. If that did not fix the problem, he would have to snake the line, an add'l expense. While Nickie was augering with the 6 foot line he told me, that his ticket stated that he was not supposed to show up until AFTER 4 pm. I told him that was CRAZY. After augering the toilet bowl, with the shorter/ 6 foot line 3-4 times, which took him 20-30 mins (max) he did not get any roots or other debris from the toilet. The toilet was flushing slightly better (maybe 10-15% tops) but was still obviously not working properly. Nickie then told me that the next step was to auger the sewer line which would be over $400!! Talk about CRAZY. I can buy a brand new toilet for...what...less than $200? When Nickie returned from his van with my bill...he explained that he had checked his ticket for me...it did say 1-4 pm, that it was the customer BEFORE me that requested """"after 4 pm"""" What??? Another lie on top of the first lie. Nickie did """"reduce"""" my bill from $139 to $99.50...but ...as I politely explained to him...I was very UNHAPPY with FRIEND'S...1) they arrived 45 mins late, 2) NEVER FIXED MY TOILET 3) LIED to me. Why would I be satisfied?? Right after he left, I tried flushing a small piece of toilet paper...and it would not flush. :( I won't be using FRIEND'S ever again. STAY AWAY!

Each year after the initial visit Friends Plumbing sends out a reminder card to their clients to schedule an annual plumbing inspection. This year was no different and today Friends Plumbing first called to verify and then arrived at the house exactly at the time promised. In addition to the inspection I also wanted my water filer changed; a new spout installed on the kitchen sink for the filtered water; and the toilet flush valve and flapper replaced. I had already purchased some of the special order items and Friends Plumbing carried everything else that was needed right on the truck, The repairman was courteous, clean in his work, professional, and cheerful. It took him a little under two hours for all the jobs and the price was extremely fair, especially with the senior and military discount. I highly recommend Friends Plumbing. We will be calling on them again.

If I could rate them 10 stars, I would. In the first place I called for a toilet repair at 11:30 am and by 2:30 pm the plumbers had arrived. By 3:43, they had completed the job. They came into our home with shoe covers so our home remained clean. While I had started the toilet and tank repair, I encountered problems caused with a broken plastic flange that was glued to the PVC pipe. George and David quickly went about undertaking the necessary repairs and resetting what was a previously wobbly toilet and tank. The grout work along the base of the toilet was professionally done, making it look as if new. Both George and his assistant, David, were professional and amicable. While prior reviews reference another plumber from Friend's Plumbing, I would highly recommend George. Obviously, Friend's Plumbing is a good, reliable company. Roberto R.

I had an issue with my laundry room smelling like sewer water. They sent a plumber over and he told me the laundry plumbing was missing a sewer trap. He added one in and I was billed over $500 for the work. A few days later the smell was present again. They sent another plumber over and he said I should have had a smoke test done to see if there was a leak in the sewer line. They do not offer the test but he was nice enough to find me a company that did.....$350 later to discover the sewer trap was not connected to the sewer pipe. After that Friend's plumbing sent yet a 3rd plumber out and now wanted $600 to repair an issue that could have been repaired the first time if they recommened a smoke test and discovered all this. Needless to say I am not using them for the repair as they absolutely take advantage of client's.
