We have used Friend's Plumbing for over 20 years and the plumbers have always been very competent, professional, and pleasant, too. Today Bobby came to replace a garbage disposal and he was efficient, and knowledgeable. He even captured a lizard that had gotten into the kitchen, and released it outside! (Thanks Bobby!) I have found them to always be reliable, and they do an excellent job.

We had a clogged drain and we thought they fixed it, price $460.00. We had to call them back two weeks later, it wasn't fixed. They then quoted a new price, for work they didn't complete, but we agreed to that price since they were going to now use a camera but the final bill was $200.00 more!!!!

Reached out for a quote to replace a hot water heater, The quote with the """"member discount"""" was $1690, It's ok if that's the best offer, but the employee said this is the best price around, no one could do lower. Went elsewhere and got a quote for $600 dollars lower. Would definitely recommend to look at multiple quotes, because they were on the higher end. Also buy your own Hot Water heater, Lowes and HD have many in stock, no need to spend +$500 more for whatever they were charging. Sucks i had to spend $75 but in the end, saving $525 is a much better feeling. Hope this helps!

I am so happy to have our tub drain running again. Whew! It wasn't a simple clog down the line but required a lot more than running a snake down the drain. As usual, Friend's sent a plumber ready to do the dirty work to get the job done.

Had a leaky tub faucet fixed five months ago and now it's leaking all over again. . They want to charge me another $80 to come look at because there it only a 90 day warranty on labor. If they had fixed it correctly the first time I should not be leaking after only five months. Sorry, not a good call Tom. - not very """"friendly""""

I would never hire this company. I'm very disappointed in their handling of an """"ongoing"""" situation at our condominium community. I don't believe they accurately diagnosed the problem and therefore, after several years, the situation is still unresolved.

By far one of the best experiences I've had in customer service in a long time. They were right on time, showed me the prices before I agreed to the service and treated my home with such dignity. Covering shoes before entering each time he had to go outside. Friendly technician and did an amazing job at such a reasonable price. I don't normally write reviews but I am so grateful for the service they provided, I couldn't let it go unnoticed. A few days after this review I wish I could give lower. I heard the plumbing staff saying (doors are very thin) they """"could not locate the problem"""" and """"couldnt get it to go down."""" This was around 3pm, they left the site around 4pm. Around 5pm there was raw sewage backing up into my kitchen and bathroom, after a few frantic calls to my leasing manager who also handled it poorly a plumber showed up about an hour later. Now I am at a loss for personal property.
