I would never hire this company. I'm very disappointed in their handling of an """"ongoing"""" situation at our condominium community. I don't believe they accurately diagnosed the problem and therefore, after several years, the situation is still unresolved.

Super Dave W. did an awesome job replacing our old leaking water heater on a Friday afternoon. He single handedly picked up our old heater and installed the new one up on a shelf in our garage which is no small feat. He replaced two leaking valves and was very professional. Price was very reasonable. We won't hesitate in the future to call Friends Plumbing in Oldsmar when we need plumbing repairs.

We had a clogged drain in the kitchen. Called one company who could come out in 2 days. Called Friend's based on reviews here. Nicky came out within 2 hours and snaked our drain. He stayed long enough to make sure it was fully cleared. Will call them again if we ever have problems.

By far one of the best experiences I've had in customer service in a long time. They were right on time, showed me the prices before I agreed to the service and treated my home with such dignity. Covering shoes before entering each time he had to go outside. Friendly technician and did an amazing job at such a reasonable price. I don't normally write reviews but I am so grateful for the service they provided, I couldn't let it go unnoticed. Terrible, was not charged the price quoted over the phone. They have two different rates, standard and value. In order to get the value rate, which I was quoted over the phone, you must buy a 69.00 service plan. Do yourself a favor, avoid these crooks.

Been using them for years. Not super cheap but reliable. I new when I called for two things I would find more repairs. My father is getting old well sorry I mean he is old and is not noticing about potential harming leaks! Dave came out and everything he fixed was to code and brass not plastic like the developer provided during the construction of the house !! I will cont to use because of good work .
