Terrible, was not charged the price quoted over the phone. They have two different rates, standard and value. In order to get the value rate, which I was quoted over the phone, you must buy a 69.00 service plan. Do yourself a favor, avoid these crooks.

Friend's was dishonest about pricing and how they go about their business. The good news is they drove us to a different company that we will be using from now on. There are soooo many better options out there!

I had to get a new frig as my old faithful had it's last breath I bought one with a water and ice, Never had that before so it was exiting. I called Friends as i have used them in the past, and they did not disappoint. I met the founder Grant and his helper, (forgive me I cannot remember his name) He was so nice and we. I was very please with the estimate and they did the work right away. Professional, Polite, Efficient, and very reasonable. I was so happy...

My hot water was coming out brown, a tech came out and informed us that it was time to replace the water heater. I wish I could remember our techs name he was absolutely wonderful. He really cared about his job and making sure everything was done correctly, after draining the nasty brown water into our shower he actually took it upon himself to clean the shower and left no trace he was even there, one less thing I had to worry about. He found our water softener was installed incorrectly and the previous company rigged the water lines to """"make it work"""" he suggested it be removed, I'm so glad he caught that and didn't try to sell me another softener just to get money. I will go back for any other plumbing issues I have!

In the past I hired Friend's Plumbing to install a toilet for me, which was not done correctly, so they had to come back and correct their mistake. I therefore decided to give them a 2nd chance by scheduling an appointment with them, and being told I would have to wait about a week until they had an opening, so I said that was OK with me. Today 3/21/24 they were to come down between 2 PM and 4 PM to fix that toilet they installed, and also a leaking bathtub faucet. 4 PM came & went and no one showed up or called, so I called them and was told they would be down around 5 PM instead, as they were still on another job, so I said OK again. A short while later their Manager called telling he was cancelling my job, because I complained. They should not have scheduled me for a service call in the 1st place if they did not intend on showing up. I therefore would check around before hiring this company, as they are not very reliable!

Friends is friendly but super expensive. Toilet replacement cost $1200. Not sure it's worth it. Will use Home Depot next time.

Bobby at Friends did a wonderful job today fixing a leaky toilet and replacing two outside faucets. He was prompt, professional, answered all our questions, and worked skillfully. We will call Friends and ask for him whenever we need plumbing help. Thanks again.

The plumber and his assistant were very professional and polite. But $392 to snake a drain on the expensive side. Job took less than 30 minutes.
