If you need honest plumber, you call them they're the best .I got estimate from other plumber they told me that I had to replace most of my pipes I called this Company they came in and give me the best price and the best warranty I was worried because the other estimate was huge but I realize that these guys were honest they weren't going to charge me extra for the work that I didn't need..

This is a company you should not walk away from, but run. They have all sorts of excuses why they could not call back or why they could not show up. Not one single time (of 12) did they do what they said they would do including on the day they were scheduled to do the work. Crickets. No one called until I contacted them. Again, excuses for not being able to do what they say they will do. On top of that, all I heard when I let them know about this is more excuses. Ahmad and Barret need to understand that waiting around for people who never show up or call is a terrible way to make friends with a customer. I do not believe these people are as friendly as their company name suggests. Maybe they have too much business. If so, that's another reason to look elsewhere.

Friendly Plumbing was assigned to us by Liberty Home Warranty for a leaking toilet pipe. We knew where the leak was and which pipe was leaking since we had already taken a quote from another company and they had to open the walls to check. They didn't charge us for diagnosis and leak detection since it was quite straight forward. But we decided to go with the warranty company since we felt it will be safer. Big mistake.
Ahmad who seems to be the manager asked me to send the pictures of the open walls and pipe which I sent (Picture attached). Then the plumber from Friendly Plumbing arrived a couple of days later and saw the leak with a flash light and left in 5 minutes. For his 5 minutes visit, Friendly Plumbing sent two invoices to the warranty company totaling $450. They stated diagnosis ($100) and leak detection ($350).
Now they have quoted $900 to repair the leaking pipe. And I have to pay extra to get the walls fixed.
When I called questioning these invoices and unreasonable amounts, Ahmad's response was - ""this is how we work (and tried to justify the 5 minutes visit with BS) and told me to contact the warranty company"".
Stay away from these unethical people who will rob you.
Our claim is still open after almost 4 weeks.

I'm sure they do good work but I scheduled an estimate with them and they never showed up or communicated that they were running late etc. When we finally did make contact, they said ""they were on their way,"" but again never showed up, and by that time it was past the timeframe we set. So yeah, not sure what happened with that.

I had a gas leak and needed a shutoff installed. PGE came and did not correctly diagnosis the problem but Alex found it quickly. He was proactive and I appreciate the services I received.

They responded to my request within 10 minutes and we got service 2 hours later. Alejandro is very nice, and gave honest opinion and estimate. Our home has no access to the pipes from inside and he did not mind hiking around the clubhouse in the complex then up a small hill to the bottom of our home to inspect everything first and decided to do a snake clean to clear the drain. Our kitchen sink clog is gone and we are very happy with the result! If you live near their service area. I high recommend their same day service. Best of all it doesn't cost more than other service that'd schedule days later.

Our toilet needed resealing. The plumber from Friendly Plumbing , Alex, was indeed friendly, he arrived as scheduled and completed the work promptly. The quote I had received on the phone was the actual cost. 5 stars seems appropriate.

Sent 2 guys out to look at our faucet. Gave an estimate of $900! to replace it. When I balked they offered $700 if we chose a simpler faucet. Then suddenly it was $500. Paid for the diagnostic and declined. Sketchy af.

Today was my second time using these guys and they are literally locked in my phone. Had a plumbing emergency where my bathroom was literally flooding and in less than 1 hour after calling a technician was here fixing my toilet. Highly recommend.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. Unprofessional and they don't answer their phones. Literally will leave you hanging and does not fulfill their commitments. WORST business ever! I can't express how aggravating this business has been to work with. So many other choices and we had to work with this company. Don't make the same mistake I did working with these people. AVOID this place like herpes!
