Albert Lopez and his partner were great. Very friendly, great work ethic, and even better customer service. Came in and got straight to work while letting me know exactly what was going on with my clogged drain. They did a so-so job. I was surprised that they didn't even have a pail to use during the flushing process of my hot water heater - I had to supply one. I paid in cash in order to receive a discount and have asked them three times to email me a receipt, which I still have not received.

I requested a quote on yelp and they responded right away, telling me they are able to stop by the same day and give me the estimate. My dishwasher flooded our floors, under cabinets and even countertop. Paul S. came and fixed everything the same day; he fixed even the garbage disposal, which didn't work, and we thought it's dead and never mentioned it when requested a quote! Paul changed the hoses, clean everything inside and now I have my dishwasher back in business!

Paul was very friendly and professional. He walked me through the process and offered up some education on water heaters and water pressure. I do not a thing about plumbing. I really appreciated the education. He also changed a faulty valve.
