We called on a Tuesday afternoon, after trying to replace a faucet on an old home plumbing system, had water everywhere. Called the French Connection and he was here in less than an hour to fix and was finished in less than an hour. Very reasonable rates and Fred was great. The next day we had a problem with our water heater and Frenchie the owner came by to check it out. These guys are great.

Woke up to a pinhole leak in our waterline on a Sunday morning. Gave these guys a call and had someone out within a few hours. They made quick work of the repair and were very reasonably priced. Hope it's the last pinhole leak but if not I know who to call.

I had a problem with my toilet running. Two other people tried to fix It. The French Connection guys did great. Very professional and courteous. Price was not bad. Frenchy, the owner, was great at following up to make sure everything was ok. I would highly recommend this business.

Just bought my first home and according to the inspections we needed to have the sewer line replaced so the sellers of the home hired Frenchy to fix the pipe mid May and literally everything just finished today 7/9/2020. I get Covid pushed stuff back but I feel like that was a verrryy long time to get everything done and signed off.
1/2 way through fixing the sewer I get a call from frenchy saying that now the main water line needs to be replaced because it's gonna blow, so I tell him ""okay well since the hole is already dug in the ground go ahead and fix that too"". Another $5.5k on top of the $7.7k for the sewer line. Once I casually was talking to a family member about the prices he had a heart attack and told me the company literally ""r*ped me financially"". So, there's that. After the work was completed the inspector tells us we didn't pass for x, y, and z. And now 1/2 the concrete in my backyard needs to be dug up and everything needs to be redone. At this point we had moved into the house beginning of June and we have a 2 year old so telling her she couldn't go outback was fun. After they were done with the actual labor they didn't do any clean up. There's literally broken pieces of plastic pipe all over my backyard that I keep finding everyday. As well as metal pipes. Idk how other companies operate as this is the first encounter I've ever had with plumbing issues like this, but I mean, at least pick up the broken pipes everywhere next time?
Also, possibly unrelated but the timing sucks, they may have broken my sprinkler system because ever since it was turned off for them to do work it won't turn back on. Which in turn killed my entire lawn. And the cherry on top for me is that we were supposed to get married in our backyard this October so who knows if that'll happen with the way the backyard came out of this.
Pictures are attached to show the before and after.

My wife called my office Friday at 440pm and said we had water trickling through the ceiling in an upstairs light in a bathroom. When I got home the trickle was now quick steady dripping. I turned off the water to the house. I tried to locate the pipe that was leaking by going into the attic. Where the pipes were located was in a really inaccessible area. Suddenly the whole repair was beyond me.
I called French Connection and Gerard Friday night at 530pm. He was over to my home with Luther, his employee, by 615. By 700 he had diagnosed the problem and started to build the manifold to fix the leak. Because of the old type of plumbing we had he needed a unusual type of fitting to properly do the repair. It wasn't available at the big box stores. He would have to go to a warehouse the next morning to get the two connections. We had to keep our water off for the night. Before he left he set up the cold water side of the home in such a way that my family (me, wife and 4 teenage boys) could turn on the water long enough to use the toilets and fill up as many buckets, pots and other containers so we would have water until morning.
The following morning they came back first thing and did the repair in less than 45 minutes.
From a cost standpoint I couldn't be happier. For an after hours (emergency for me) call out on a Friday, he and an employee, diagnosing the issue, tracking down rare/unusual parts, building a new manifold out of copper ($300 of copper and fittings) and returning the next morning to finish quickly the total cost was more than reasonable.
I am an insurance agent by trade and my last few plumbers that I rely on have either left the state, retired or sold their business to someone else. I will now be adding French Connection to my list of go to companies, especially in emergency or after hours situations.

Horrible customer service and scheduling. Claim they do the job right and then left faucets unsealed and trim crooked on the wall.

Frenchi asked me the right questions, gave me a quote over the phone, and was ready to come out the same day. I couldn't meet them until the next morning but they were on time, quick, thorough, and affordable!! I was so stressed about having a clog in my pipe but they made the repair process so easy!! Thank you so much !!

I needed a plumber on a Saturday for a clogged kitchen sink. I was over the moon when I discovered ""Frenchie"" at French Connection Plumbing. He assured me that he could have a technician out on Saturday. We discussed my concerns of having someone in my home amid the COVID 19 restrictions. He assured me that Fred would arrive wearing a mask, gloves, booties and he would be very careful about the 6 ft distance measure. Fred was prompt, professional and friendly. He snaked and flushed my line. He cleaned up any water and was very careful to leave my home as he found it. I am very pleased with Fred and ""Frenchie"" and would highly recommend them!

We purchased a new refrigerator from RC Wiley and had them install it. Later that evening we noticed the waterline at the wall was leaking that RC Wiley installers broke. Water was leaking into the garage, our kitchen and garage share the same wall. At 10:00 PM that evening I left messages with a handful of local plumbers to try and get someone out ASAP. Gerard with French Connection was the ONLY plumber who called me back. Gerard asked questions about the issue and said he'll be right over. By 11:00 PM Frenchy was working on the leak, knew exactly what the issue was and fixed it. French Connection Plumbing is now our go-to plumber for all our future plumbing needs.

Thanking the plumbing gods for Gerard and his team! I had a complete backup in my house and basically had to evacuate my house for a weekend until the plumber that my home warranty came out until the weekend was over. Once the 1st company came out, they barely spent 15 min in my home before saying there was nothing they could do because the toilet had to be removed because I did not have a clean out. I called my home warranty back and they provided me with the contact for French Connection Plumbing. Gerard responded immediately and said he would help me and send out his best guy to help me out. Fred arrived within an hour and got to work on the clean out (which low and behold, I did have). He started working on my house around 11am and was relentless in wanting to help me. About an hour later, a second plumber by the name of Carlos, came out to help Fred. Both of them worked on my home for 3 hours! They did not stop until they made sure my plumbing was up and running! When my toilets were able to flush without my tub filling up, I felt so relieved! When I spoke to Gerard again, I was so thankful and he was so happy to help me because he understood that no one should be left without plumbing for that long. Fred and Carlos were very professional and polite and hard workers! I would give this company and his employees 10 stars if I could! Hire them if you run into plumbing issues!
