Horrible customer service. Very rude and short both on the phone and via text. Thought it was originally because of my wife but he was rude with me as well.

He was contacted via Rheem to help us but was very short with details and didn't want to travel(this part is more understandable). Nor did he want to take time to contact us back. I asked for an update and simply received a text back saying ""We're going to pass"". Cool.

This isn't all on this company, Rheem takes the blunt of it considering their water heater has caused all the issues but French Connection didn't help in anyway possible. Only added to the stress.

I can't comment on the value money wise but personality wise it felt very poor.

Hopefully other folks have a nicer experience and the work is proper but for my experience it was nothing but a 1 star experience.

Today, French Connection Plumbing came to hydro flush my pipes because I had a clogged toilet that could not be de-clogged with just an auger. Fred and Jesus did an excellent job clearing my problem and flushing grease and other build up issues in my pipes. I am so thankful that they were the guys that HomeServe sent to me. They explained everything about what they were going to do and are very professional about their job performance. If you have plumbing issues, please call French Connection Plumbing. You will be glad you did.

Had another company tell me my water heater had a leak in the burner and would need to be replaced. I felt uneasy about the cost, hadn't noticed any leaks so I had a friend who has used Frenchie in the past reach out to him about what was told to me. Frenchie contacted me almost immediately on the phone and was at my house an hour later checking on my water heater. Not only had he quoted me a vastly cheaper price if my water heater needed to be replaced but after he took a look he found none of the issues told to me by the other company saving me from spending anything. Highly Recommend this company!

Frenchie & his crew were amazing! We recently had to replace our water heater. Another plumber had installed it and all seemed fine. However we weren't getting hot water after the installation. The water would get hot, then mysteriously start to cool to lukewarm. The original plumber came back out twice but couldn't find the issue. We ended up being referred to Frenchie by another one of his clients. His crew was just here today and troubleshooted everything it could possibly be. It was a journey to say the least but they finally diagnosed the issue and were able to find a solution.

Fred & Jesus were professional and friendly. They let me lurk over their shoulders to watch what was going on and explained how the systems worked. They were not going to quit until they figured this thing out.

We'll use them for all our plumbing needs in the future, and will recommend them to friends.

Called Frenchy on Sunday requesting a plumber first thing Monday morning and he said not a problem, we can have someone out to you first thing. Needed the plumbing fixed to hook up a new washer that was coming Monday afternoon. Fred came out and fixed the problem and was very friendly and answered other questions I had about the plumbing in my house. I strongly recommend to anyone looking for a plumber.

I have no idea of the quality of work this man is capable of but he was nothing but rude and dismissive of me regarding getting information together for a home project. I am completely sure that he was treating me poorly because I'm a woman. So take that information as you will. But I have never been treated so poorly by someone who I let into my own home.

Gerard was friendly on the phone and got someone out to our house in less than 24 hours (this was not an emergency repair). Fred arrived right on time and was very professional. He fixed the problem, explained everything he did, and told us what to do if we had any other issues. I have struggled to find a reliable and affordable plumber and would highly recommend The French Connection!

I hired The French Connection Plumbing on July 22, 2023 to install a garbage disposal and to replace the fill valve in my toilet tank. Within an hour, technician Fred arrived at my house. He was professional, neat and clean and polite. He went to work on the garbage disposal immediately and installed the new one quickly while taking great care not to damage anything. Once completed he immediately started on the toilet fill valve. Again he was quick and efficient. Toward the end of the project, the owner Gerard and his wife showed up in order to make sure the job was going smoothly and that I was satisfied. The price quoted was way below every one else I called and there was no up selling nor was there any bait and switch. Everything works perfectly and I could not be more satisfied. Call these folks first if you have plumbing issues and no I am not getting paid for this review nor do I work for them. Just a satisfied customer.

I had a leak under my kitchen sink. It was very difficult to locate the source. Frenchy and his crew came back several times to locate, fix, and ensure everything was working properly. I highly recommend this plumbing company.
