This review is a bit overdue but better late than never. A few years ago, one of the main pipes in my townhouse broke and flooded my living, dining, laundry and hall area. I emailed Guy and he came out on his next available appointment to assess what was going on. He recommended that I should re-pipe my entire home because the then current pipes were underground and while he could replace the section that broke, it could happen again in another section. He also explained why it would be best to re-pipe and run the lines above ground. He took the time to also detail out what exactly he was going to be doing and an estimate as to how long. His price quote was a good amount but still less than the HOA recommended plumbing company and with way better quality and service. Guy and his apprentice did a great job and finished a little earlier than the estimated timeline. He is very knowledgeable and meticulous, which definitely showed in the quality of his work and service. Thanks Guy!

I can highly recommend Gabriel for his integrity and hard work. We had a little difficulty in getting the project time worked out, but once we did everything worked out great. Fair and honest, can't ask more from any contractor.

Very professional service. Messaged on a Sunday for a clogged kitchen drain, cane out Monday and was fixed in under an hour. Price was just as quoted. Definitely will be calling again should another problem arise.

My elderly parents' water heater broke and they tried to replace it themselves. They got as far as getting the new unit in place and then got stuck on getting everything hooked up. My dad was determined to do it by himself but he just isn't able to anymore. When I found out they had been without hot water for 2 weeks I started looking for a qualified person to finish the job. The big box store that sold them the water heater referred me to another plumbing chain for installation, but those folks wouldn't estimate the cost, just said it was usually a couple thousand dollars for a complete installation. In desperation I looked for a local plumber and found the listing for Freitas. Guy responded immediately and when I explained the situation and asked him if he had any availability (hoping for the next few days) he said ""I'll be there in an hour or two"". He showed up in about an hour, got the water heater all connected and started, and stayed to make sure it was working right. Cost was beyond reasonable, we are so grateful! He obviously loves his job and it's a joy to watch him work, he takes pride in what he does. All the positive reviews are spot on. I have already given his contact information to a couple of friends needing a good plumber, and we will call him immediately next time we need this kind of work done.
