Used them to repair faucet and very disappointed with quality of work and timeliness. Very expensive also. All they needed to do was pull out the valve and replace it. The valve was stuck and required specialized tool to remove from the pipe. This is a fix most home owners can do in a few minutes, but because the valve was stuck and required a plumbing tool I could not do the job. After the plumber removed the valve he wanted me to go to a hardware store and buy the part. Got to be kidding.

So my water heater was definitely end of life, approaching close to 30 years old, I knew it wasn't performing. Me and the wife figured it was time to modernize our water heating.

One of the things that drove me crazy was whenever my kids took a shower or a bath or both, by the time it was my turn to shower I always got lukewarm or 0 hot water. Having a home with 3 bathrooms, I knew we had to do something about that.

I spent the better half of 3 weeks just finding a local contractor to come give me a quote, and out of all of the 5 I requested a quote from, only 1 came to my door and did a proper estimate.

Guy has a great personality, very easy to talk to about various topics outside of the project itself, but it was clear he had lots of experience in the water heating business, and was able to give me 4 different options while weighting the pros and cons for me.

We decided to go with the Tankless 75gal replacement tank, when he received the equipment, his team came to my house that following morning and got to work.

The entire Freitas team were courteous and also very transparent in communicating what they were doing, also how they were going to approach the installation. As an observer it was clear this was top tier installation service, they did fantastic doing the install all the pipe work and the framing looked great, and then they did an incredible post install and cleaned up my area where all the debris normally would be.

On top of that as a bonus they offered to pull my broken down water softener out and move it outside. Guy even did a follow up text to make sure I was satisfied with the quality of work and that my equipment was operating to my satisfaction. This team had delivered nothing short of Absolute Excellence!

If you don't want to read the entire thing, I have nothing but the highest recommendation for Freitas Plumbing for your water heating / softener needs. They will give you fair pricing and options on top of the best service any Water Heating Installer could possibly offer.

A plastic cap closing a water line to our kitchen island sink cracked, and the only way to stop the leak was to turn off the water main to the house. Fortunately, I was able to reach Guy, the owner, on my first attempt. He responded promptly. They had a full schedule that day, but after explaining the urgency of our problem, he said he would have someone come over that day, and instructed me to text him some photos and all the info. Within a few hours, his son, Kai, arrived, and had the problem fixed quickly & correctly. He also explained that the line was not closed properly during our 2015 kitchen remodel, so a leak was inevitable. The price seemed very reasonable, especially given that we received same day service. Would be happy to hire again. Thanks!

*Be Aware of the unprofessional response by this company. We scheduled and appointment with this company more than a week in advance. The appointment was scheduled between 9-10am Thursday. My husband took time off from work to be here during that time. After 10am and NO phone call or text- my husband reached out to them. They texted back with ""we had an emergency, will be there within an hour"". 1:00pm no phone calls or text, my husband reached again. They responded again with will be there within an hour. My husband finally just canceled after he called (no answer) and exchanged a few text messages. They flat-out didn't care. That's not the kind of people you want to be in your house doing any kind of work.

Let me be fair. Guy's young folk didn't leave a mess and cleaned up after himself. so let me add one star to this review. My opinion of him charging me $100 for looking for parts time is still unchanged.
