Water heater went out in a rental of mine. This was a scope over my head, so I yelped for help. Found Freitas Plumbing, and I'm really glad I did! Called them up, and Guy told me he could meet me at the house within a few hours. He even let me know when he was about 30-minutes out, which I really appreciated. After he scoped out the situation, we discussed pricing, and he let me know he could take care of the job the following morning. Since it's occupied, that was all I needed to hear. He was there the following morning at 8:30am, and had the whole job done by 11:30am. Hot water restored just like that. Guy and his team did an excellent job, and they were great to work with! HIGHLY recommend Freitas Plumbing to anyone in need. You will not be disappointed.

OH MY GOSH, FREITAS PLUMBING and WATER HEATER COMPANY IS AMAZING!!!
My first email I had was with Gabriel, the owner. Very very nice on email, and I'm sure he's nice in person. Two days later, we had Anthony and Kai to come to our home, They were phenomenal! I can't believe what incredible people work for Freitas Plumbing Water Heater. Anthony and Kai installed 3 toilets, The toilets were completed in a little under two hours. Anthony and Kai both picked up all of their mess, which wasn't very much at all, hauled off the old toilets boxes they came in and any debris that was here from the job. The new toilets work genuinely perfect! I think if you need a job, large or small, Freitas Plumbing and Water Heater Company is the ticket. Anthony and Kai were so professional little joking here and there it was awesome I feel like family was in my house!!! If you need Any plumbing or water heaters give them a call I promise you, you won't be disappointed! Thank you Anthony and Kai for the most incredible job if I could give you 10+ stars I would. Response via Yelp aaa fast & accurate. Anthony and Kai arrived right on time and we're SUPER nice, efficient, helpful & just all around awesome! The toilets look and work perfect and they took away our old ones and the boxes!! They cleaned up all their stuff, made sure to always close the door behind them when they went on & out & even cleaned up little water drops on the floor from removing the old toilets!
So so happy to find this team of amazing guys!!

The frietas team was awesome! I had 2 other plumbing contractors come look at my house to do a repipe One refused because he felt it was too hard, And the other plumber I lost confidence in, I don't think he could have done it. Mr. Freitas came in like it was nothing, And did a beautiful job! To give you an idea of how hard it was they told me it was the hardest repipe they ever did! My attic had 3 feet of insulation that they had to crawl through to attach all that copper pipe! Mr. Freitas also fixed my water heater for free.

If you want someone professional and that will show up on time this is the company to go through.

I had a water heater replacement done in my single-story home. It's located in the garage. I found Freitas here on Yelp and decided to contact them because of their great reviews.

I'm going to throw out the one con first to get it out of the way. Gabriel (owner) scheduled me for an 8 a.m. - 9 a.m. slot on 7/5. I woke up early to be prepared for their arrival, but they didn't show until 9:15. Not a huge deal, except I love my sleep and would have appreciated being able to sleep longer the day after a holiday or at least a courtesy text letting me know that they were going to be late. It already sucks to wait around for services and their entire time slots (not just this company obviously) as it is.

Now on to the many good things! Gabriel was SUPER responsive, answered ever question and quickly. I was very impressed with that, and it immediately made me want to work with him. Thorough, quick responses are so hard to come by these days, especially with professionals.

The next amazing thing that happened was he said the job could be done THAT SAME DAY OR THE NEXT! Like, what?? That also never happens. I wasn't available due to work, though. We ended up scheduling for 7/5 (another surprise because of the holiday).

Ky/Kai (spelling?) and another guy whose name I didn't catch were the ones who showed up for the work. They got right to it and were done in just over an hour. They were respectful of my property and time. You wouldn't even know they had been there because they cleaned up the area they were working. No debris was left behind that I could see. I even got the benefit of hearing one of them sing Katy Perry's ""Firework"" as they worked. Lol!!! They were both very friendly despite the early hour a day after the Fourth.

I would absolutely recommend Freitas to anyone looking for these types of services. I also feel confident that if I need something looked at, that this is a reliable company. Thank you!
