Called them and they came out immediately to give us a bid for a water heater. We got a a couple bids and went with Freitas. They were available the next day for install...no waiting. They had the best price and the items and brands they use are top notch. I'd definitely recommend calling them.

Hired Freitas to replace a water heater. I received the estimate and work service information through Yelp. Price was competitive and the final invoice reflected the estimate. Yelp provided me with excellent options of companies with price ranges that were fair. I chose Freitas due to the warranty/workman guarantee they offered. I liked that I don't have to go directly to the manufacturer if something goes wrong during the warranty period. The owner, Gabriel, said I can go through them and they will work with the manufacturer.

The job was done quickly and we got hot water within an hour of job completion.

Great service from Freitas Plumbing. Very impressed about seeing a company doing an honest and efficient work which is very hard to find these days. Wasnt meant to choose Freitas first but was glad to call them and they arrived the same day. The First plumbing company I called wanted to break my walls to install a shower faucet, what a joke! Choose wisely. And Freitas Plumbing is a wise choice. Gabriel and his staff wont force you and will give you choices . They did their job and fixed what needs to be done. Thanks again ! Gabriel was not only the first to respond to my request but also the most affordable.
When his team arrived, Anthony and Kai, they were on time, polite, did the work(replacing a toilet and a faucet) quickly and professionally, and cleaned up really thoroughly after.
Anthony also fixed up the toilet seat on another toilet and refused to take additional payment.

I'll never go for another service. Thank you guys for running such an amazing shop.

This is a small family business and the care and attention they give is a result of their being invested in their business. They were excellent in every aspect of the job we asked them to do. We woke up one morning to find that our water heater had died on us. Gus, the owner called me right back, after leaving him a message. He had two young men, Anthony and Kai come out on a Saturday morning,and they had a new heater in, in less than two hours. Made sure that everything was back up and working correctly before leaving.
I hope that I will not need any other plumbing service again, but if I do, I'll call them back without hesitation. You will make a good choice by calling Freitas, and you'll be happy with their work.

Very happy with my new water heater! When I inquired about a water heater replacement they gave me a very fair and competitive price, bonus was they came out the very next day and installed it with new piping and hoses and also removed my old water heater which is over 15 yrs old.....I would definitely recommend them! Fast efficient and professional!

My wife and I were remodeling our guest bathroom shower and needed our older one piece tub and shower combo removed and our new bathtub and shower set installed. Anthony and Kai removed a 15 year old water heater and installed a replacement. Besides installing a commercial grade water heater, they also changed basically everything....hoses, pan, straps, etc. They wore masks and practiced social distancing, were very professional, had great attitudes, and provided clear communication throughout the job. They also replaced a broken spigot in the backyard. They did a great job.

Showed up when needed. He was very nice. He attempted to fix what he was called for. However, the issue wasn't fixed and the it cost $250 for nothing. I didn't think about it at the time but I wish I went with someone local. He's more of a Bay Area guy. He was very professional but it was a waste of my money because the plumbing issue wasn't fixed.
