Our water heater was not giving us hot water because the pilot light was off so we tried to relight it and it worked for a few hours but then it started to leak over night . I called them and he walked me through trying to turn off the water until they could come and replace it the next day . They were very friendly and informative. They came in the morning and finished in 2 hours . I definitely recommend calling them if you need to get your water heater fixed or replaced . They respond fast and most importantly were very friendly . Also told us how to take care of our water heater . Will call them again if I have any problems .

Gabriel has done a good job for me. When he is on it, he wants to finish it no matter how hard it is. His charge is also reasonable.

I can't say enough nice things about this company. My water heater went out over the weekend (like there is ever a good time). I came to Yelp and put out several quote requests. It was amazing the kind of responses I received. Almost all were something like, ""Please call the office on Monday"" type of responses. I got a couple of companies that wanted to come out and take a look and then provide a quote and one company that threw out a high number and said that it was a starting price and would likely go up from there... What?

Then Gabriel Freitas responded. He provided a no-nonsense quote complete with the replacement brand, capacity, and price including all parts and labor to install. It turned out to be a straight and honest quote with no surprises. His tech, Anthony, came out exactly on time and got right to work. This company will be the only plumbing company I ever use again. The owner and his worker were very nice and quick at getting my family hot water back on at our house. Great plumber. Came in with a great attitude with clean clothes and shoes. We needed a toilet swapped out, and I had concerns of water dripping everywhere onto carpet, etc.., but he kept the place very clean the entire time. No regrets hiring them, and going to hire them again for a second toilet swap.

One might not think of an experience with a plumber to be pleasant, but that's exactly the word I'd use. I had a roughed-in upstairs bathroom that needed to have a toilet and vanity installed, along with all the pipes, flanges, and hookups handled. Anthony showed up on time and explained everything that needed to be done. He worked efficiently and professionally. The one trait that stood out from all other workmen with whom I've ever dealt is how polite and respectful Anthony was.
It's sometimes difficult to find a good plumber, but I've found one at last.
