It looks they want bigger jobs only. For my small plumbing work they did replay by email that they are booked and have no time to do it. However I told them it is not emergency and I expected (if they are busy) message that they can do it in 2 months (or whenever they are not fully booked), but not to simple reject job.

Freddie did a great job with a new main line from the meter to our house. His crew showed up on time, did the job as described and the inspections went smoothly. I'll give them a call next time I need trench-less plumbing work done.

I emailed Freedom last Wednesday morning to have them come and provide a quote to replace the original water line on my house with a new copper line. They showed up the same day after calling me to inspect the site. Their pricing was reasonable and within line of other quotes I received. We were able to settle on a price that worked for both of us! They came out on Friday and did the work. Very nice crew, cleaned up, and made sure I was happy with the work. Thanks so much! Just last Wednesday, we finally got a small ""damp"" section of our front yard properly diagnosed as being the result of a leak in our water main. Umberto from Freedom Underground came over to look at the problem and give us an estimate on either Thursday or Friday. After talking to San Jose Water Company, the work was scheduled for Thursday of this week. But on Saturday, the leak suddenly got a lot worse, so we had to call SJWC to get them to turn off our water. (They said it was a 500-gallon/hour leak at that point!) I texted Umberto to tell him the problem, and he was able to reschedule the work for Tuesday of this week.

The work went off without a hitch, but SJWC didn't show up to turn the water back on before Umberto and his team had to leave. However, Umberto said that if I texted him after SJWC showed up, he'd come over to open the valve in our basement slowly, so as to let the air out before we started using any water. That was really an above-and-beyond offer, which I happily took him up on!

And then this morning, Umberto and a co-worker showed up to replace the dirt over the new pipe (which I had wanted left out until SJWC blessed the new pipe as being leak-free).

To summarize: Freedom Underground gave us an estimate on short notice, changed the scheduled work date on short notice, fixed the problem in one day, returned to turn the water back on after-hours that day, and showed up promptly the next morning to fill in the holes left by the work. Kudos to Umberto and his team!!!

I am a property manager and they were fantastic. Tenant called to say they have an $800 water bill and that there was a leak. Spoke to Freddy and he immediately went and diagnosed the leak. He told me how to fix the leak - replace flapper and fill valves in all the toilets. He didn't even want to be paid for his time. Freddy is awesome!!

Really excellent service. Freddie gave a quote and came and did the work when he said he would. There was also a problem of another pipe that got broken during the repair of the first. Freddie came back and fixed that too.

Freddy was excellent to deal with. Professional, proud of his workmanship, and strives to satisfy the customer. His estimate was actually less than I had from other plumbers but I was most impressed with was the quality of his work. He at first planned to replace the line using the trench-less technique but after finding the soil soft from the rains, decided to do minimum digging and punching through a hard copper line. He also placed a sleeve on the copper pipe to protect it from corrosion and extend the use life. His crew was great and protected our foliage from damage. He installed it up to code with a 6 ft grounding rod. An estimate from another plumber told me I had to get an electrician to install the ground. It passed city inspection first round and after he filled in the trench and completed the cleanup our front yard and foliage looked just as good as before the job. I do a lot of my own home repair but I could not have done a better job. Highly recommend you call him for an estimate.
