We just had them install a new water line from the street to our home and they did a great job. The existing line ran under our neighbor's property, so they had to bore underground so as to not damage the neighbor's landscaping. It was far from an easy job given that there were lots of large rocks that made the boring process challenging. Given the difficulty, I think others would have likely just given up, but Freddy saw it through and was very responsive and great at communicating with us thru the entire process.
Freddy is one of the best ones out there in my opinion!

Freddy is the best! He helped us locate and expose our septic tank and install new risers. He was very busy so once he located the tank, I hired a different firm to expose the tank. The other firm was terrible and wanted to charge four times the amount. I called Freddy back and he came out on the weekend and exposed the tank in about an hour. Needless to say, I had Freddy install the new risers and I will only use Freedom if I have any other septic issues. They are honest, provide fair pricing, and they are extremely nice to work with. I highly recommend Freedom Underground Plumbing!

Hired Freedom Underground to replace old leaking water supply line from meter to house. Freddy was quick to respond and gave the best bid with city permit included. The trench less method left no mess behind, The project from temporary waterline to city permit completion took only 5 days. Highly recommend this contractor for outside plumbing work.

I'd give them 10 stars if I could: Freddy and his team were absolutely fantastic: quick in all of their responses, were extremely fair, honest, professional, competent, conscientious & their plumber's license + bonding were good. I highly recommend their services.
We had an old main sewer line failure that resulted in a horrific mess. Freddy responded to my initial inquiry within the hour, came by on his way home from work mid-evening to take a look, recommended a great hazmat team to deal with the lake of nastiness, came back a day later to take a closer look at the issues, provided a detailed and fair bid (much faster/better than other bids we received), and set up a quick timeline for resolution.
We also loved that they offer trenchless piping: they didn't have to tear-up the 50+ feet between our home and the city's main line at the street.
They completed the job on-time, on-budget, and with great customer service every step of the way.

Freddie and his team are very prompt and professional in meeting clients' need. Our water main broke and Freddie not only arrived on time , but was very through in explaining how he would run the new copper pipe under our new driveway.
He took care of coordinating with PG&E and city permit as well. The job was completed before time and he made sure to leave the property completely clean after checking water pressure.
I will definitely recommend Freddie and his team for all plumbing jobs.

Should have put a review 4 years ago but forgot. Nothing but a great experience and the reason I thought about them now is I just referred them to my mom.

Thanks to Freddy for coming to diagnose our problem. Showed up on time with a call ahead to say he was on his way. Thorough inspection, gave good advice even though it was for work his company does not do. Charged nothing for the visit. Seems honest, knowledgeable and fair.

Great experience with the Freddy and team. Paper work for permit and inspection for adding a property line clean out was taken care by his team. Freddy collected payment only after city inspection passed.

Freddy was great! We contacted him about a suspected leak. He check the main line and determined that the problem was likely a toilet inside the house that's been running too much, and not a leak from the main line. He was quick, professional, and explained what he was doing in a way I could understand.

It looks they want bigger jobs only. For my small plumbing work they did replay by email that they are booked and have no time to do it. However I told them it is not emergency and I expected (if they are busy) message that they can do it in 2 months (or whenever they are not fully booked), but not to simple reject job.
