My 60-year-old galvanized main water line pipe decided to spring a leak one cold Saturday evening... I had to scramble to turn the water off at the meter. As soon as I did, I started calling around plumbers that could come out quickly to help me fix the pipe, as I had no water in the house of 5 people. No showers, washing hands, or using toilets.
4 guys came out, Freddy from Freedom was 2nd lowest offer. What sold me on his quote was that he was going to use a trenchless tunneling system called the HammerHead (minimize trenching and destruction of 50 feet of my yard) and the fact that he suggested that he install a pressure regulator without being asked (unlike the other plumbers). The pressure regulator is important because after replacing a 60-year-old corroded galvanized steel pipe with a brand new copper line, the water pressure in the house could go up dramatically, causing damage to appliances and pipes in the house. Freddy even agreed to install a Flo by Moen leak detection system at no additional charge.
I am glad I decided to go with Freddy, his guys showed up on time the next morning, as agreed. His crew of guys (Christian and 4 others) worked non-stop, tirelessly, and professionally. I could definitely tell the guys take pride in their work, they all did a fantastic job.
I would recommend Freddy and Freedom Underground, they are awesome!

Freddy's team do pretty good work as other reviews also mention. They helped us in installing a new hard water line to the water sprinklers. They also worked on a couple other things that was pointed out in our inspection report. The main thing that I was impressed by is their integrity. They stuck to their quoted price and even came back to fix one of the jobs after I learned that it wasn't up to code.

Contacted Freedom underground Plumbing for a sewer Camera inspection. Our sewer gets backed up every so often so we wanted to see what was going on. The staff was friendly and quick to set us up with an appointment. The price was fair for the service they provided. We got a USB video of the sewer inspection with a voice recording of the condition of the pipe. They also provided a written report of the video inspection and suggestions on how to fix the problem. We where very happy to have contacted freedom underground plumbing. Highly recommend them.

Had an appointment between 10-11 am but did not show up or communicate at all. I called in at 11:30 am, they said he cannot make it, what the heck? Totally no respect, get away from this company, could not keep up the promise, waste of my time. Do not understand how they got many good reviews.

Freddy and his team repiped our whole house. It is critically important a job like that is done well, so we are incredibly glad that we went with Freedom Underground. Freddy was very communicative, helpful, and answered our (many, many) questions. His team was also kind and easy to work with. They truly value customer service and care about doing quality work.

Additionally, the executive assistant, Edith, went above and beyond to make sure our permitting was handled with the city. I think a lot of companies do not realize the importance of having a good administrative person, so it was so reassuring to work with her.

Freddy and his team fixed the leaking main water line for the house by replacing the old corroded pipe with new copper pipe. Their quote was competitive; their work was completed as expected and on time as estimated. They were friendly and professional from the quoting process to paperwork to the actual work of the project. (Their warranty policy is lifetime of parts and labor.)

Had Freedom do a re-pipe of my house. Freddy came out and gave some suggestions. Estimate came back in one day and scheduled a visit. Technicians came out and did a great job. They couldn't totally complete job due to HVAC obstruction. They completed a partial re-pipe and lowered their estimate accordingly without issues. Appreciated the response and their service. Would like to thank Freddy and his team for the quick response and repair of a clogged sewer line. One section of the sewer line was badly clogged over all these years and snaking no longer helps. Even hydro jets don't help. The clog is located underneath the carport concrete.

Freddy and his team opened up the carport concrete, replaced the clogged section on day one. On day two, the carport concrete was restored. All done quick, clean and at a reasonable price.

Very professional, friendly, clean, and Freddy took the time to explain everything beforehand. Definitely would like to recommend them.

I called and Freddy came out the same day to give us a quote. We previously had problems with our sewer backing up and wanted a clean out installed. His crew installed the clean out, did a scope, and Freddy gave us some options regarding repair. Freddy was patient when explaining our options, and we decided to go with him since prices were reasonable and we liked his expertise. We also knew our water line needed to be replaced eventually, and we also went with Freedom since Freddy provided an incentive to do both.
