My main water line broke in the front of my house which threw me into a tail spin and research mode. Many years ago I spent a lot of money pouring a beautiful walkway up to my house and of the course the leak was under the cement walkway. First day I got a local guy to come out and detect the leak. It was near the edge of the concrete but not repairable and from the 70's. There was no way I was going to tear up that walkway. In my research I came upon ""trenchless"" water pipe replacement. With this no concrete is torn up. I called a few companies but was especially impressed with Freedom Plumbing's website because I really wanted someone that specialized in the ""trenchless"" process. They are located in San Jose and my house was in Clayton so I had a feeling that was too far but called anyway. Freddy answered the phone and was very informative and knowledgeable. You could just tell he knew his stuff. He even gave me a reasonable estimate over the phone and was happy to come all the way to Clayton the next day to look at the job. When I met with him the next day he explained everything and answered all my questions. Two days later Antonio and his crew came out and started on the job. Super nice guys and good at what they do. In one day it was done and my concrete intact. Very interesting to watch the process. Trenchless is the only way to go!!! Don't waste a lot of time calling around, just call Freddy. He and his crew have their act together and will leave everything like they were never there.

Freedom Underground did an amazing job for my family and I in Discovery Bay! I had major drainage issues on 1 particular side of my home because of the poor grading - all of the rain from my neighbor's downspouts would roll down towards my property and my foundation . My particular job included easily over a 100' of 4' deep trenching for a massive french drain system near my foundation and other sensitive areas while including several of my downspouts as well. My particular drainage job also included boring underneath my driveway (30') and dispensing all water safely from my foundation towards the sidewalk and street gutters with a pop-up riser.

Freddy is highly knowledgeable and knows drainage! His crew, which are his own company employees, not temps just to save a few bucks were also awesome. They were extremely courteous, they worked fast, they worked hard, and most importantly, they don't cut corners. They stayed on time and on budget. They cleaned up everything after completing my massive drainage project.

Your home is your most prized asset. Protect it with proper drainage or deal with future foundation issues, which are way more expensive. Freedom Underground beat out a few other contractor bids and did an amazing job! With all of the rain in the forecast, call Freddy now and book him sooner than later.

Freddy's team replaced the main between my water meter and house by working around a large tree and recently installed hardscape. Work was done quickly and his team also removed and replaced the plants that were in the path of the new main. In addition he also found a leak in one of the values in my irrigation system and fixed that as well! I really appreciate the extra effort and would certainly use him again.

We noticed water puddling in my
mom's front yard by the water spout. we found that there was a slow main water leak under her driveway. We contacted Freedom and Freddie came out within a few hours and confirmed what we had found. He advised that there was no need to dig up the driveway because they had the tools to bore under the concrete. He was able to schedule and complete the job quickly and without over charging my mom. The longest part was waiting for pge to mark the utilities. We will definitely hire Freedom again for any water issues!!

I would like to replace the main water line from the meter to my house since the old one has water leakage. Freddy and his crew did an excellent job. They replaced the main water line within a day using trenchless technology. It minimizes the work area and is only required to dig 2 open sections. After replacing the water line, they cleaned and left work area looking as the original landscape as possible.
