Nick The Plumber came to the rescue. He analyzed what would be best for the repair. As the main water line was connected to an existing sprinkler system.
He suggested a bib so I could still have access to water for that area. He got to work and within a half hour he was done!

I called Free Flo Rooter because I discovered my water heater had broken down late in the evening (close to midnight). It was leaking everywhere and needed to be replaced immediately. Fortunately, the company was able to schedule a technician, Andrei, who arrived promptly the next morning.
I am very pleased with Andrea's work. He handled the swapping out of the old and installation of the new heater in a professional and efficient manner He made sure to clean up the area after completion.
In addition, as separate requests, I asked Andrei to check on a couple of other plumbing issues which needed attention. This was not part of the original appointment. Andrei was kind enough to take the time to troubleshoot them (even so far as going down into the crawl space) and explain my options, which I found very helpful. I will definitely call Andrei in the future for my plumbing issues.
All in all, it was a good experience and I am a satisfied customer!
