I've been using these guys for a few years now and they've been wonderful to help out during stressful times. I recently called them up for a clogged kitchen sink, the appointment scheduling was smooth and they came out the same day. Steve arrived right on the time frame they said and did a great job to unclog years of build up, Steve was very professional from start to finish to ensure every detail was addressed and solved, and left the house clean and tidy.
The pricing was also fair and transparent, no surprise fees.
Overall exceptional service and people, highly recommend them for pluming needs. I'll be sticking with them for a while.

Amazing service we have hired them to do hydro jetting at two properties. Ben was the one that was wearing the whole show. Amazing quality great customer satisfaction we will definitely keep using them for all of our plumbing needs
What is for hiring them? We did reach out to quite a few other plumbers for pricing. We asked a bunch of questions about the machine. They were using. A lot of people kept saying 4000 psi come to find out. It's not about the psi. It's all about the equipment, the gallon, per minute, and the nozzles that are being used for cleaning out roots.

I used Free Flo for the second time this year recently (first a huge tree root clogging our sewage main line, now a cracked pipe between floors causing a dripping ceiling). Steve came out both times and his knowledge and experience made quick work of both problems. They are my go-to now for anything plumbing related.

Free Flo repiped my entire house and replaced my water heater with a tankless system. Their pricing was much better than many other quotes I received. Also,the repipe was done with copper piping instead of PEX, which is what the other plumbers were quoting me.

Patrick was very responsive throughout the process and gave me the best recommendations to fit my needs. Him and his crew worked hard and provided top tier quality work. Even the inspector was impressed with the quality of the tankless water heater install and repipe. The kitchen drain was found to be corroded/broken during the repipe. They provided me a reasonable price to fix and this was completed during the job as well.

I had a water leak in my garage and realized the leak was coming from my upstairs toilet area. I contacted several places who quoted me ridiculous prices and couldn't even come out until a week later. I contacted Free Flo who gave me a great price and came out within an hour. The plumbing tech was Patrick who quickly analyzed the problem and fixed it within minutes at no charge. He was very honest and friendly. I think another company would have made this simple fix an opportunity to up-sell to the point of replacing pipes and toilets that could have cost hundreds of dollars. Just choose this company to avoid looking around and wasting time.
