Very honest and relabel. I thought i needed a new water heater but steve told me that the vent is out of place and my water heater is probably good for another 4 years. He fixed it with-in 20 minutes, cleaned the mess and was on his way. Hopefully i won't need another plumber for a while but if Ido, Freeflow will be the one. Patrick was really wonderful, he is really professional. He came, assessed our water damage and gave us a reasonable quote. We got a second quote before we had Patrick work on the leak, the other company send two guys over who don't speak English and have no clue what's going on. We call Patrick backed to fix the leak, and it was good. Patrick fixed our leak, and we are thankful. Definitely would call him again if we got other plumbing problems.

Awesome service! Had an emergency situation at my house called free flo rooters and Robbie helped me. He was so nice and answered all my questions. He reassured me that the price given to unclog my smelly sewer drain is the price it would be as long as it was easy access. Juan came and unclogged my issue and charged me what was said over the phone with no upsell or anything. Also cleaned the dirty area from the clog and showed me the roots he pulled out. Within 2 hours I had a working drain. Affordable fair price especially since I needed it asap. Friendly company. And I love the pet friendly plumber slogan. Thx Robbie and Juan.

Nick at Free Flo has been our go-to for more than a decade. He is reliable, thorough with explaining the work to be done, and efficient. Most importantly, I trust his work. He has even come to fix work others have done incorrectly. I couldn't recommend him more. Such a good value all around. We recently had an issue with replacing our sump pump that required permits from the city of West Hollywood. He was present with the inspector and got the work done quickly, so quickly that even the city was impressed. Highly recommend, always recommend.

Mark Twain said to write well, ""write what you know."" This is what I know. What you're about to read is not a garden-variety plumbing review. The Lord works in mysterious ways. And whoever said, ""The road to hell is paved with good intentions,"" definitely said it while serving on an HOA board. I am one of seven on my HOA's board of directors. And like the engaging dwarfs in our favorite fairytale who ""whistle while they work"" mining all day for diamonds, we too are on a constant quest to find the best & brightest in their field to help us make our community a better place. I was asked to acquire five hydro-jetting bids for new vendor consideration. Yelp's search robot sent me 14. Coincidentally, five of the companies were viable, but only ONE called me back personally. Enter Nick from Swish!

Gifted: adjective /gift(d)/ 1. having great natural talent or high intelligence.

Nick was in a different class from the start. I told him I needed a quick turnaround; the next day he showed up to do his assessment and blew my mind with his savant-like knowledge of our 45-yr-old building's anomaly of a plumbing system. I've spent a lot of time learning from the companies who know our building. Inside of 5 minutes I can tell if someone's a good fit for us. Most are not. Nick absolutely was. But it was more than just being experienced. For a plumber, Nick's enthusiasm & genuine interest in what he was doing was a breath of fresh air (no pun intended). Anyone can study a trade, but not everyone possesses raw talent, which combined makes someone great at what they do. It's hard to define but when you're in the presence of greatness you know it.

By the end of the assessment I'd Nick-named him the ""Jesus of plumbing!"" I needed my board mates to convert themselves though, so he graciously agreed to return on a Saturday to meet them. Nick is solution-oriented; he sees opportunities instead of problems. It's not necessary that someone possess this personality trait to snake a toilet, but if you're on the board of an HOA in plumbing gridlock it's a dream come true. His new audience was more skeptical than the one a few days prior. He kicked it off by visually showing them, with his high-tech gadgets, how serious our tree root problem was, patiently explaining and answering questions in detail as he went. Skepticism disarmed? Check.

Miracle: noun /mirek(l)/ 1. a surprising event that is not explicable by nature or science and is considered to be the work of a divine agency.

Nick is also a realistic optimist - the best kind there is. He believes in successful outcomes through honest effort with the right strategy. It's a fact that optimism is contagious and it was amazing to witness him educating three converts who were now hanging on his every word. He did so much more than open eyes to clogged drains. He changed hearts & minds. When he left, for the first time, we were finally on the same page. Gridlock fixed? Check. Mark Twain said to write well, ""write what you know."" This is what I know. Divine intervention is what whittled my list from 14 hydro-jetters down to Nick, and you won't find a better plumber or communicator in the greater Los Angeles area!
