I called this company after a disappointing experience with another company. I spoke to Steve when I called, he was great! Patient and offered solutions the previous plumbing team did not. Andre was our tech. Great communicator, saw the issue, gave me 3 possible solutions from least difficult to the most difficult. Andre worked away and solved our issue within 30 minutes. Super happy with communication, responsiveness, honesty and efficient. Highly reccommend to anyone in their service area.

Many times, Nick has come through for me. He always takes the time to explain what had happened and why, and what our options are. And the cost is always very fair. He's patient, honest, and understanding. This time, more of the 78 year pipes needed replacing. these pipes outside carried away sewage, had been ruined by tree roots. It's gruesome. It was a big job that revealed itself rather suddenly, so I'm grateful for how quickly he got the job going. I couldn't recommend him more

Nick showed u in the 'nick' of time! Our sewer line was stuffed with roots and other unmentionables but he was here with his crew and got to work fixing the problem right away! There's a lot to do but nick has made sure repairs are being done fast and properly. We needed to have some outdoor valves and a hose bib modified so that our irrigation company could put in new drip lines. Ben and Cameron came out and handled the job quickly and professionally - both were so friendly and cheerful. Two days later (the day after Thanksgiving), my son and daughter-in-law's kitchen sink was hopelessly clogged and they came out and snaked it and didn't charge an arm and a leg. Free Flo Rooter etc. had been recommended by my son in Porter Ranch when we'd had a previous problem, so we didn't hesitate to call them again when the bathroom sink started leaking on the floor.

Patrick and Cameron came out the same day, quickly assessed the problem and had it fixed in less than an hour, even though this was the day after Thanksgiving (which I'm sure is one of their busier days). Patrick also said to let them know immediately if we had any more problems with the sink and they would come right back.

It's nice to know there's such an experienced and dependable plumbing company available when you really need them. Thanks again guys!
