I have used this company twice now and am so happy with their service. They are available when you call and both times I was able to schedule a time within 24 hours. We had Andrei come both times (we request him after the first visit). He was able to determine both issues immediately and resolve them. He also let us know about other issues he saw. He sent photos and explained everything so well! So happy with this service!

5 stars is too few stars to accurately rate how great Free Flow is. We have had Patrick and Free Flow do all our plumbing work. Recently had an old hot water heater replaced and upgraded to a tankless system. This involved drilling new holes, tapping into the electrical line, moving the gas line, and all in all a very complicated job. They explained every step of the work, they insist on only the best parts and they take pride in their work. They really want the customer to be happy with their work. They show up when they say they will, they work conscientiously, and they're great guys in addition. You won't be disappointed.

I'm sure they do great work but I just had an onsite estimate for a small project. Parts cost couldn't be more than $15 (3 inches of copper tube 1/2 inch and a 90 degrees elbow). They wanted $680 for it. I get labor has gone up but $665 for a smaller project? Definitely look around and get other estimates
