Just used them for a fairly big job. Very happy with their tech, Patrick, and the overall experience. They were responsive, kept in touch throughout the whole process. Highly recommend Nick and this company. Had a couple of leaks in the ABS drains under a bathroom and got a number of quotes but decided to go with Free Flo because of Nick. He spent 40 minutes just on the free estimate and gave me a thorough explanation of my issue. Price was very good too relative to the others. After fixing the leaks as retained, Nick ran a snake and caught some cracks in my main sewer line - cracks which were not caught in my home inspection just a few weeks earlier. No one wants to see that bad news and incur more expenses, but I'm glad he found it cause it turned out to be even more cracked than it appeared on video. Nick gave me a great bundle price in light of the leaks, so the next morning he was back with his crew to start digging. I wanted to be sure that the crack was in fact there so Nick ran the camera snake again and used his little R2D2 sounding radar device to make sure he found the location of the crack. The guys then dug and dug a trench for hours under the house, swapped out about 20ft or so of cast iron sewer pipe that was even more cracked than initially thought with new ABS and installed a new clean out. Nelson on his crew and one other worker were super hard working. After testing to make sure there were no leaks anywhere under my house they thoroughly cleaned out my crawl space, retrenched, replanted my bush, and sprayed down my driveway. I've already referred Nick to a friend and am storing his number in my phone for future reference. He's honest, smart, helpful, willing, and just a damn cool dude. He likes Jordan Peele movies, Peter Griffin, Zankou, and is a fan of the all time cinematic classic: Joe Dirt - my kinda guy. Nick even took off his shoes before coming into my house, really my kinda guy! Use free flo and Nick for all your plumbing needs and you won't regret it. I spent 3x what I was originally planning to which hurt but I feel things were done right and if I have any issues from my repairs I'm confident Nick will take care of it.

At first Nick and his team seemed great. We called when our main sewer line was backing up. They were available same day. We have old pipes and knew it would need to be snaked. They were kind and thorough. At first. Then things took a turn when they saw an opportunity to get more money to install a new clean out. If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely swindled us, 2 solo working moms, out of $2500 for services that were unnecessary and needed to be redone two months later. And now that it's happened again and we've found an honest professional to address it we have learned that the clean out wasn't done the way it should have been. Do not use this company. They are either dishonest or incompetent. Neither is what you want when you're dealing with major plumbing issues.

I had an issue with my toilet leaking. Never used this company before. Decided to try them out on the strength of their reviews. Yelpers were not wrong!
Spoke to a live person when I called the first time who gave me an appt within 2 days. Got a text confirming the appt.
On the day of the appt, I got a call from the tech, half hour before scheduled start time, telling me they were on their way. I love it when they are on time!
The tech, Steve was fabulous. I don't know the name of his assistant. Both very polite. They brought booties to wear in the house which I really appreciate.
Steve explained it was something else that was causing the leak than what I thought. He fixed the leak, tested it and finished in a timely manner and left the bathroom spotless.
Their prices were very reasonable for the job. I got another quote that was double the price. Payment is easy through Zelle.
Would recommend this company for your plumbing needs, Especially Steve, he was honest, friendly and professional.

I needed 2 drains in my bathroom unclogged. Nick responded right away and we scheduled at time. He was in and out in less than an hour, and both drains are running free. He even followed up with me the next day to make sure the drains were still working without trouble. For me, that was the first time a repairman ever followed-up on a job! Great service overall.

We had a problem with our toilet and Andre came in and snaked it and it seemed to be working. But before he left he tested it 3 more times and thank god he did because it wasn't a clog but the actual toilet itself. He came back a few days later and installed a new one that is working great for a great price. Highly recommend these guys
