Happy to give a 5-star review to this company. I have been working with them for a while now at my home and also the apartments I manage. From day one I had the best experience with Patrick so I always ask for him. The company is accommodating and schedules appointments in a timely fashion and Patrick is personable, does fantastic work and takes the time to explain everything and give you work options. Highly recommend him.

I can't say enough great things about this company, especially if you're lucky enough to get Nick as your technician. He is trustworthy, informative, knowledgeable, timely and extremely patient with a customer (me) who had a lot of questions. I will definitely be using them in the future for any plumbing needs.

Nick and team were amazing to work with. They descaled my main sewer line and replaced 100 year old plumbing pipes under my house. They were on time and finished early. I can't say enough good things about Ben and this company! We had a clogged kitchen sink and the garbage disposal wouldn't work. Ben came out immediately and fixed it fast and efficiently. We were having a lot of plumbing issues and had talked to quite a few plumbers. We ended up going with Free Flo and we are very happy with our experience.

Nick came out and was AWESOME! He spent a ton of time going through and looking at the entire system to help spot issues, treat problems, and educating me in the process. When it came to finding solutions, I appreciated that Nick went through the options and what might be a better fit given specific circumstances. I also appreciated that his estimates explained the situation and the scope of work clearly so that there was no confusion and could easily be referenced to later.

All in all, Free Flo was super easy to work with, responsive, quick, and detailed. Will definitely call them up again!

Absolutely a gem! I had a few plumbers come in and give me either too high of an estimate or didn't want to do the job but it was Steve to the rescue!

He did an absolute great job! He was fast clean and gave a great quote! Had a great experience with this company, and while I hope never to have to see them again, if I have any plumbing issue I will be calling Steve!!

Had Travis out to look at an unrelated problem. As he was leaving noticed water coming from the water heater. Flagged Travis down and he inspected the heater for me. 20 year old heater=Rest In Pieces. Travis immediately started replacing it for me. Good professional work and happy with the install

We received excellent service from Patrick and team both times we called this month. The first time was to replace a leak in our main water line outside and to replace the regulator. The most recent time was to replace valves for our kitchen sink. We were able to get same-day service and each time Patrick diagnosed the problem, explained our options clearly, was upfront about pricing, and performed the work efficiently. When work was done inside, he and his partner wore booties. We were very impressed with their work and professionalism. Highly recommend.

Awesome job with the hydrojet work! Ben, Patrick and his crew was vey professional in conducting their business. Patrick stayed after the hydrojet work to make sure everything is draining well.
