To be honest, I wish I didn't have to use these guys but given that my water main broke and it was leaking on my parkway on a weekend, I had no choice. That said, I'm glad I found these guys. They were able to come out quickly to assess the situation, and put together a crew to get my pipes replaced within 24 hours, during Super Bowl Sunday of all days. Nick was very thorough in talking through what needed to be done, and sharing updates throughout the process (with videos showing the crew's progress). I also appreciated how careful they were to minimize any impact on our lawn by taking a careful path for laying the new pipes. Hopefully we won't have any plumbing emergencies for a while but if we do, I'm pretty confident I can turn to these guys to get things fixed quickly.

Excellent service, quick response; I would highly recommend it! I discovered a water leak after the water purifier filter was changed from the renting company; I thought the water line needed to be replaced. Nich came, and he found out what happened that my other vendor made a mistake when they closed the water line. He closed properly in a second! And he did not even charge for his visit and service even on Saturday! He will be my plumber if I need it in the future! Thanks, Nick, for your generosity and professionalism.

I just purchased a house in Pasadena and in the inspection process it was noted that the water and drain pipes needed to be replaced. I decided to shop quotes and I am so glad that I found Anthony. Anthony walked around to inspect and quote as he saw fit. He advised that he could not fully quote everything with the drain lines until he could install a clean out as the property did not have one. (100 year old house) Under most circumstances I would see something like this as a red flag but Anthony was able and happy to walk me through exactly what he was seeing. He was able to clearly explain why he would have to quote the work that he could see and the mystery work to go separately. The knowledge and transparency that he provided led me to selecting him over the others. The day came for work to start and Anthony made sure to call (always super kind/polite with his interactions) when he was on the way. When he arrived the first order of business was for him to walk me through the game plan for the day and to ensure that if I had any questions that he took the time to explain. I am a very particular person and I ask a lot of questions. No matter how many questions I had, he patiently would take the time to discuss and explain until I understood. Anthony and his fellow plumber Chano completed the remove/replace of the drain pipes and added the clean out so that they could run a camera for the mystery section of the drain lines. They took the time to help me understand what was going on and what could be done to ensure no issues with the drain pipes in the future. I appreciated the work that they did so much that I decided to have them also perform the remove/replace of the water supply lines and a plethora of additional smaller tasks. Every step of the way Anthony and Chano were amazing to work with and by about halfway through all of the work I started to feel like they were friends/family with fantastic plumbing skills not just plumbers. I feel so grateful that I had the privilege to have them perform work for me. They are both great plumbers and great people. I highly recommend giving them your business.

Called Free Flo Rooter because the sink in our bathroom was draining slowly. They picked up the phone right away and scheduled us in same-day. The technician, Andre, communicated with us promptly and was able to arrive even sooner than expected. Patrick from Free Flo was not only professional but also great with his customer service. He was prompt, looked at what was wrong and gave recommendations as to best way to remedy blockage at our bathroom. He then fixed the problem and also went above and beyond by also cleaning out more of the main line to prevent a future blockage. Highly recommend Free Flo and especially Patrick.

We've had the pleasure of working with Free Flo a few times. I don't leave reviews very often but it's rare to find a plumbing company so customer-centric. We had issues with our hot water heater last year. Rather than charging us just to come take a look, Free Flo sent Patrick who was able to identify the root of the problem and wouldn't quit until we had it resolved. We recently called him back to help us with our sub pump. He came same day and luckily it turned out to be a simple fix, Patrick once again didn't charge for his assessment. You very rarely encounter plumbing companies that are about building long term relationships. I'd highly recommend Free Flo and Patrick!

I highly recommend this company! We had Ben over to fix our non draining bathroom sink. Not only did he do that, but he replaced the plumbing, rooted the system, and corrected our handles, all at a very reasonable price. But not only that, Ben was very friendly and respectful to our home and family, and that goes very far when looking for someone you can trust. Patrick came over right on time and communicated very clearly about when he would arrive. He was incredibly clear and detailed and explaining how each of the three projects would work. He fixed the toilet, a problem with hot water in the bathroom sink, and bathtub drain. He was very efficient and well worth the money. The communication about each situation and what possible outcomes each could have was incredibly helpful for someone who knows nothing about plumbing!
