Having a very old toilet that no longer has common parts, I contacted Free Flo Rooter & Plumbing, who had me text them pics of the tank hardware. They were confident they could fix it, and we made arrangements for a plumber to come out a few days later.

Patrick contacted me 15 minutes prior to the window of time Free Flo's scheduler set up, showed up when he said he would. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and was able to fix the problem within less than an hour.
He took time to cover up his shoes before entering, he was cleanly dressed, and was very respectful.

Based on the entire experience, I would highly recommend Free Flo Rooter & Plumbing and will be calling them again if I have other plumbing issues.

This is the second time we've hired Free Flo to do a major plumbing job at our 1913 Craftsman landmark home and they didn't disappoint.

Andrei and Ben did an excellent job figuring out the wonky sewer system that had been altered in the 1930s (the owner added two bathrooms back then) and rerouting the line from under a cement porch to an accessible place out to the street. They also cleaned out the line and now everything works.

They are experts in figuring out how to untangle the messes past contractors have created. They also were great at cleaning up as well as alerting us when one of our plants needed to be moved for digging. I can't speak highly enough of their work!

Andrei was the technician who came to my house for a backyard drain clog. He got to work right away and told me that the drain was working fine after all. He didn't charge me anything because he did not have to snake the drain. Many other plumbers would have gone through the motion and given me a bill. I really appreciate Andrei's honesty and will definitely use his company for my plumbing needs.
