My husband called and Freddy was able to make it out within a few hours. Not only did Freddy thoroughly explain his troubleshooting process and how he recommended making the fix to me, but he also texted my husband updates throughout so he was aware of what was going on and could be involved in the decision making. Once we agreed on a plan, Freddy got to work right away, was done quickly, and left the bathroom cleaner than when he arrived. I can't say enough good things-- he was great with our dog too!

Yelp has helped me find some great service people and Freddy is one of them. I was surprised when he took my call at 10pm and was able to come the next day. He gave me a two-hour window and texted me when he was on his way, which was helpful since I work ten minutes from home. I called up with a leaking toilet on a Monday night, it was fixed by the next day, less than 18 hours after I had first called. Freddy did a great job. He was on time, actually early from when he said he would arrive. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within less than an hour. And most importantly, he did great work at a very reasonable price. Will be calling Freddy for any of my future plumbing needs.

My wife and I recently bought a house in Phoenix that was a flip. We love it but then our plumbing goes out. So we started our search for a plumber and after a bunch of research and bids found Freddy. Working in home improvement for so many years if there's one thing I know how to do is look at a home improvement contractor. Considering my job required digging a trench 50ft in my back yard to the main with a bunch of other stuff I was worried and knew I had to be careful. What I'm saying is if you need any kind of plumbing done don't waste time with anyone else but Freddy. When we first called him it was 9:30pm and he not only called back that night but came over to try to fix our problem! Once we found out what the problem was Freddy was like a doctor trying to solve a problem with minimally invasive procedures all to try to save me money. Above and beyond that, he did it all before asking me for a single dime. Once we found out this was going to require major surgery we had no choice but to plow forward (my option would have been to never shower or flush my toilettes!). Freddy coordinated everything with the city and finished on time as promised. I would recommend him to anyone. Lastly, some unsolicited advice: I've learned the hard way that you will always get what you pay for. I searched very carefully for a plumber and Freddy is not the cheapest, just the BEST. Gave him a call and he was able to take a look at our kitchen sink that afternoon. He was very professional, polite, and knowledgable. Took care of the clogged sink quickly, considering the plumbing is 60 years old and was extremely clogged. Now it works like new.

These guys are awesome! Fox returned my call within a few minutes and arrived only a few minutes later. He was very knowledgeable and had the problem fixed quickly. He also helped me out adjusting my hot water heater for no extra charge which I really appreciated. The price was really fair considering other quotes I had received. Freddy lived up to his Yelp reputation. He was great. My Kitchen sink was backed up in the morning. I tried draino and my own snake to no avail. I called him at 2:30. He responded he could be there by 5:30 and I am all the way in Carefree. He came , snaked and fixed the clog. He was careful and courteous and reasonably priced. Saved our day ! Highly recommend him.
