The usual holiday scenario, guests coming for the weekend and suddenly you find yourself with a clogged kitchen drain. Freddy was quick to respond after I left a voicemail and was able to work his busy schedule around to offer a same day appointment in the evening. Arrived on-time (no long service window) and was able to address and FIX the issue at the quoted price (very competitive). Positive attitude was refreshing with no up-sell pressure. A professional experience that I will definitely be letting my friends and colleagues know when looking for a reputable plumber.

And did I mention that he services the far west valley (Buckeye area). That in itself is amazing as I went through several larger companies that were unable to provide service without additional charges.

Freddy is professional in every way. Accurately stated when he could do the job. Stopped by to give an accurate estimate of the work. I have old plumbing parts which presented several removal headaches. Freddy enjoyed the challenge. He was also very careful not the damage the surfaces while removing. Just before leaving he asked if I had any other issues. I mentioned a frustrating flow problem that baffled three other plumbers for 22 years. Freddy fixed it in 20 minutes. I truly was amazed.
