Super happy with PIC. I had a slab leak that looked like it would require a straightforward reroute, but it ended up being much more complicated because of some prior plumbing work that had been done by the previous owners. It ended up taking much longer than they'd anticipated. Not only did they not charge me for the extra work, they actually lowered the price a little because of the inconvenience it caused me and my family (because they had to come back a second day). On top of that, they had the best response time of all the plumbers I contacted -- they were out at my place within a few hours of calling them. Josh and Eric were both prompt, thorough, transparent, and friendly.

We were very impressed by the service, professionalism and pricing that we received form PIC Plumbing Service. We had a clogged drain issue in our home that was built in the 60's. We did suspect it could be something more since there was water actually leaking at the bottom of the pipe from the overflow in the laundry area. When Josh from PIC arrive (on time) he promptly and professionally introduced himself. He then proceeded to snake the drain when it became clear this was something more. Josh identified the problem which turned out to be the P-trap. After clearing the line and replacing the P-trap and everything else that was 60 years old that needed to be replaced, problem solved, end of leak! For the time spent on the job, we expected a pretty large bill. However, that was definitely not the case! It was a pleasant surprise and you can bet that in future we will use PIC again. Their prompt, professional service and great prices makes for a trustworthy company. Thank you again PIC!!!!

I thought I might have a slab leak and found PIC Plumbing to come check it out. I made an appointment throught the Yelp portal here. Josh was able to schedule an appointment for me on the weekend, because I worked during the work week.

Josh came out on Saturday. Although my appointment wasn't until 11am, Josh called and said he finished another appointment early and asked if he could come earlier than the 11am. I said sure. Love it when an appointment is early, so I can get on with my day and not have to wait around.

Josh was professional and friendly when he arrived and asked to look at where the problem is. He was able to check my water meter and said there was no slab leak. I asked him what the service charge is for him to come out. He said no charge! I was wowed!

Josh arrived early and assed the problem quickly. Very appreciative he was able to come out and gave me a piece of mind for checking out my concern.

I will definiately reach out to them again for any future plumbing needs. Thank you Josh.

Joshua came in gave me a set price to fix my faucet valve. As he was working on both, he was able to determine my shower valve needed to be fixed. Gave me a discount and since they weren't able to fix the first issue but returned few days later due to scheduling. Provided me with a temporary shower head since the one I had was full of buildup. The crew (Joshua & Joshua) were fast and omg I'm very pleased with the outcome. Didn't have to tear up my tiles to a point of getting a tile person to fix a hole. I definitely recommend this company. Very pleasant and total transparency throughout the process. Thank you PIC Plumbing!!!!

I had a clog in my main line which was causing the toilets to overflow and sewage was backing up into the bathtubs. Another plumber came out but was unable to fix the problem due to lack of proper equipment but was going to come back the next day. Mind you, it had already been 3 days dealing with this. I googled local plumbers and PIC's information came up (along with several others). I called PIC Plumbing and made an appointment for the next day just in case the other plumber didn't come back. Well he didn't and I'm so glad because with what he was planning to do, I would've had even more issues. Josh, Joshua and Eric came in and went right to work. They assessed the problem and thoroughly explained to me what was going on. Not only that, they showed me what I can do in the future to alleviate the backup in my toilets and tubs. They fixed the problem in less than an hour. On top of that, they were courteous, professional and had great personalities. I was very impressed and pleased with the service I received from PIC plumbing. I highly recommend them.

New Year's Eve morning 2020 had significant water heater leak
Called multiple companies expecting it would be hard to get a plumber due to the holiday

PIC plumbing wanting $2350 for a ""Home Depot "" heater as that's all they could get on New Year's Eve had no blowers to help us with the excess water and seem to think it was fine to overcharge us by almost $700 compared to 2 other companies!

They seem very unethical would definitely Not ever recommend this company!
