I contacted them as part of a pre purchase inspection. They were able to come out right away and made communication easy by texting when I couldn't speak on the phone due to being at work. I was not able to be at the location and Ryan M gave me a call to explain everything to me and sent me an email with his detailed findings.

I had two service techs come out last Thursday to replace the hardware in two bathroom tub faucets. while nice they left with the hardware replaced but a leak now. When I asked if that was normal one service tech said oh it could be something else which would cost several hundreds of dollars. He said they could apply the cost of the first visit but my issue is I DIDN'T have a leak until they touched it. I emailed yesterday and no response but two fast responses when scheduling. $379 btw to replace the hardware and I had the new parts already.

We just had an amazing experience with Fraser Plumbing. They were quick in responding and came out to assess our issue with arrival updates and information via text.
As it turns out, our issue was more of a refrigeration issue, so they referred us to the appropriate vendor, and the cherry on top was that they refused to even charge for the visit. In this day and age, this type of altruism is few and far between.
If we are ever in need of any plumbing service, they will be the first call we make. Very professional, very reliable and just plain kind.

OVERPRICED. The reception who took the call and scheduled the appointment was a pleasure to speak with and the plumber that showed up was knowledgeable and courteous. However, this company wanted to charge $295 to replace a toilette wax ring, that is completely unreasonable and WAY higher than any other place I called. I called another 6 or 7 placed and all were between $90 and $120 but this place wanted $295?!?! I ended up doing it myself in less than an hour and paid $2.40 for the wax ring from Lowes and watched a YouTube video.

I had two tubs that weren't draining. Amazing service by Chris! He finished the job really quick and I also received a quote back within a reasonable amount of time. I have no complaints and will be using them again if I have any other plumbing needs.

Ryan at Fraser as usual does a great job. We just moved back to San Diego after living out of state for several years, and bought an older condo that needs updating, toilets, hot water heater, etc. He does it all, on time, friendly and knowledgeable. We highly recommend Fraser.

My hot water heater broke, so I was in need of a plumber...and fast. I found PIC Plumbing online and they had decent reviews so I called for an estimate. The guy came the very next day to give me an estimate, and they did not charge a trip fee, which I liked. The guy seemed knowledgeable, and they outbid the other 2 estimates....hired!
The following day they showed up timely as promised, and hauled out my old, broken water heater. The plumber spent a couple hours installing the new one, and presto, I was taking warm showers again!
These folks were professional, fast, and knowledgeable plumbers. They cleaned up after the job too, which is a must for me. I've already recommended PIC Plumbing to my neighbors, and will use them again.
