PIC plumbing was able to get me a quote via text, came out early the next morning so that we could continue a project held up by the unexpected plumbing need, worked quickly and efficiently, was kind and clear in what they were doing and why, and got the job done ahead of schedule. Quote was $650-750 and the final charge was $650, so felt good that they came in at the bottom end of the estimate (had higher estimates from other plumbers). Had a good experience and would recommend to others (I'll edit this if the work doesn't hold up, but I expect that it will, and they say there is a one year warranty on it).

I am so thankful for the guys at PIC Plumbing Services. I was given an outrageous estimate from another company for a shower valve replacement, and I ended up stumbling upon PIC Plumbing when looking for another estimate. I am so glad I did. Joshua, the manager, was so kind and patient over the phone. He was honest with me and offered me an estimate that was LESS THAN HALF the price of what the other company was asking. Josh, Eric and Joey were respectful and efficient, and great to work with. They left the work space clean and my bathroom was left just as it was when they arrived. Yesterday was my birthday and I'm pregnant so extra emotional so when the main sewage line that connects our home with our vacation rental backed up causing our toilets to overflow with black water and seep into our floors I was desperate to get someone over to help.

From the comforting reassurance from Joshua over the phone, and the calming presence of Eric and Joe who were so professional and good humored around the guests staying in our vacation home and getting the main line cleared up quickly I knew I was in good hands.

Eric was especially concerned about me being pregnant and around that whole mess so kept making sure I was staying out of it for my safety and made sure I was informed every step of the way. I was so grateful for his thoughtfulness!

Very impressed! These guys were super friendly, prompt, HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY! We were told we had multiple plumbing issues that would cost quite a bit by someone else. These guys proved that wrong and didn't want us spending unnecessary money. Now THAT is good, wholesome customer service. Not only that, we had no hot water because our propane tank had been shut off. They actually got on their phone and made a call which was not his job, talk about going above and beyond! They even answered a lot of questions we had about water well maintenance and a few other things unrelated to the plumbing, and gave us some great advice. I am officially a loyal customer and won't call anyone but them for my plumbing needs. GREAT COMPANY AND GREAT PEOPLE! Thanks a bunch, guys!!

Really happy with the work done. They provided me with an online quote so I met with them to assess the job before committing. Josh explained what he recommended be done to clear my storm drains and suggested a different method than other plumbers I met with. This saved me money and they got the storm drains cleared the next day! The two plumbers that came to do the work they next day arrived a little early but also finished the job sooner than anticipated. Would definitely recommend.
