I had two no-shows for two other companies yesterday. One of which who texted at 11pm to say he will arrive this morning. I called PIC yesterday 4/13 when my 2nd appointment did not show. I was scheduled the next day (today) and Joshua arrived on time. In fact he called to inform my that he is available a little earlier than scheduled.
THIS NEVER OCCURS- it seems professionalism and punctuality are completely foreign courtesies for most contractors/plumbers etc.

So to say the level of service I received was outstanding is definitely an understatement. Josh was patient, punctual and professional. He recognized my acute anxiety when he gave the diagnosis of the problem. Unfortunately it was not a leak as I expected it was more damage and complex than I could imagine. Needless to say, The work could not be completed in this visit. But josh reassured me I'm in good hands and referred me to another individual (Robert) who explained the process of repairs.

I contacted my homeowners insurance to file a claim and currently waiting for instruction of the next step. So at this time I can't rate the quality of work but again the customer service was the best I've received in a long time!

PIC came out on a Saturday with short notice to fix a hose bib that wouldn't shut off. PIC was courteous, efficient and good value for money.

I contacted PIC Plumbing for a free estimate on work I needed done. I had a date and time that someone was coming by. Right before this person was to arrive, he called and wanted to hear all the things I needed to be done. I thought that was weird because he was to arrive soon. He was quite rude and condescending on the phone. He wanted to make sure that I wasn't wasting his time.

The other day when your person came out he was very professional I took a look at the problem so I want it was and said that he could get it fixed that he had to run down to Dixieline and Dixieline scratch one Dixie line he's very good with with what he did. I had a couple other projects for that we had been looking at to get done and had him I don't look at a couple other projects said he could work out an estimate for both of them but it be a couple days do appreciate the promptness and care about the individual tucking in order to get our problem our first problem her fixed thank you very much and

Received a vm from the Manager two weeks ago regarding my situation. He confirmed that NO WORK was actually done and that he would not process my payment. Instead, he will destroy the check. The Manager made things right!

I called PIC Plumbing about an emergency issue with a leaking water heater in a rental unit. Marco was quick to respond and arranged for a plumber to check out our situation in a timely manner. This was particularly appreciated because I had already checked with several other companies who were unable to send anyone out until two to three days later. Great job! PIC will be the first company I call the next time I need a plumber.
