Recognizing that our accomplishments are due to our team, it is fitting that Fraser Engineering adopted an employee ownership structure on January 1, 2003. Numerous employees have been part of our family for more than a decade. A few are even second-generation employees. This level of commitment is rare in our industry - and employee ownership enhances our dedication at every level.
Now, we are newly recognized by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a WBE (Woman Business Enterprise) in General Contracting with the leadership of our third generation of Frasers, and we are prepared for significant growth in the years ahead.
