Recognizing that our accomplishments are due to our team, it is fitting that Fraser Engineering adopted an employee ownership structure on January 1, 2003. Many of our team members have been with us for over ten years. A few are even second-generation employees. This level of commitment is rare in our industry - and our employee ownership model deepens our resolve at all tiers.
Now, we are newly recognized by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a WBE (Woman Business Enterprise) in General Contracting led by our third generation of Fraser leaders, and we are ready for even greater expansion in the future.
