I called in because I had a problem with my shower faucet leaking. I spoke to Jim, later identified as the owner, and let me tell you... It was one of the most pleasant phone calls I and ever had regarding customer service.

Jim actually listened to my whole story and what was wrong and what I thought I needed, as opposed the the The Home Depot ""service"" and not actually caring.

Jim stayed with me on the line and walked me through several different avenues to solve my problem, most of which would not directly benefit him or his company .

Without giving exact details, Jim offered me, very generous route for me to solve my problem. I was so shocked at the genuine care he had, that I had to post a review.

If you need anything plumbing related, give Jim and his company a call. I have yet to meet them, but they have provided me with more than I can ask for.

I had a water leak inside my residence (bathroom water valve) and began to call around looking for plumbers. Frank walked me through what i needed to do to stop the leak. He did what no youtube video could do... and he did it over the phone. Thank you frank!!!

Had a burst underground pipe. Called our usual go-to, dedicated customer for 10-15 years. After being called liars and thieves over the phone when they literally dropped the ball (by not calling in utilities for digging when they said that they did) and (as it turns out) misdiagnosed the issue, I wanted a second opinion, a local one if possible. Mind you, this is occurred on a Friday morning, and our family had to quickly relocate to a hotel until water was restored, and we had to call this other company for an update on Monday (how DARE we!). This was an emergency for us, in the middle of SIP.

Found these great reviews for Frank's, and called them up. Super friendly guy answered (Jim), took a look. Long and short of it, water was restored in less than 24 hours. I can't express how nice and professional Jim was. We have a new go-to guy. He literally saved us thousands of dollars by using common sense to properly diagnose the issue; and had we called him first, a hotel stay probably would not have been necessary.

Love these guys!! I've always used them, they are no nonsense. Had an emergency today in the middle of Covid-19. Not sure if they could help. Jim came out in less than an hour and not only fixed the problem but put a few extra parts on the problem so we no longer will have an issue, made it better!! No contact, we stayed in house, they're going to send the bill.
They are awesome through and through!!

We had a water mainline leak at the side of our house and Jim showed up 30 minutes after our call to assess and repair the issue. Jim was quick to respond to our call, was courteous, respectful, and his pricing was fair and reasonable. Outstanding service ! I had a toilet replaced, a new faucet installed in the kitchen and they also fixed several small items outside. Jim and Jimmy both came to my house. They were right on time, did a super job and are great guys. I am really happy that I found Frank's Plumbing. I have placed their card on my refrigerator door for future reference.

Spoke to Jim about installing a water softener in my home. He came by and gave a very reasonable quote (and was very personable) so I decided to move forward. On the day of the installation, he and his son Jimmy came by to game plan the install and Jim left to let Jimmy do the work, and I must say, the workmanship was fantastic. When I came back down ~3 hours later after the job was done, everything was clean and tidy, and the pipes looked very organized.

Unfortunately, I came to Frank's because Pro's Plumbing ghosted me after coming to my home to give me a quote, but fortunately I now have a trusted plumber in the area.

Frank's has been responsive, respectful, and reasonable, and I definitely have a trusted plumber in Morgan Hill.

Talked to Jim and he gave us as much advice as he he could over the phone as to where and how we can solve our problem. Unfortunately, it's going to be a bigger problem than he can handle. He gave us lots of places to start looking though. I would definitely recommend.
