I needed to have a galvanized water pipe cut and capped from a wet bar we took out. The pipe came from under a crawl space into our downstairs. Called Frank's Plumbing yesterday and Jim came by today to do the work. The quote was very reasonable and it turned out to be less than what was quoted. Jim was personable, answered my questions and I appreciated his honesty. Sometimes when you need specialty work done, there's a fear of being taken advantage of. I can say that was not the case with Frank's Plumbing

Jim at Frank's Plumbing was extremely helpful. Our water softener broke and we had to turn off our water. Home Depot, who sold us the water softener did not carry the part. We were desperate because we had no water and we had to order the part online and wouldn't receive it for 2-3 days. I called Frank's Plumbing and spoke to Jim. He explained that they didn't carry water softener parts but told me to bring in the damaged part and he would see what he could do. He went out of his way to get me the part. I am very grateful. He saved me time and money. Thank you Jim for the excellent customer service.

I called Frank's Plumbing and Jim came out the next day to give me a quote for installing my water softener. I have not officially done anything with them yet but I had to write a review. Jim and I have talked 4 times about how to go about it. (I bought a new house and the builder messed up on the plumbing). For Jim to be this responsive and helpful without doing any work yet, I can only imagine how good they will be when I actually give him the job. Bad service, please do not use this company if you can. We had a water leak under our home, they came and said there is no water leak, charged $225.00 for nothing. We are still have a bad leak under the house. I will never call them again!

Jim was nice enough to make an unscheduled stop at my place due to a leaking irrigation system that flooded my yard. He was prompt and professional and was able to figure out the problem quickly in about 30 mins. I work with commercial plumbers at my workplace so I have a lot of familiarity with Plumbers and Jim is one of the good guys in my opinion.

We had a leak and got an appointment for the next day! They asked if we could do it earlier, but I didn't get home from work any earlier. I realized 5 minutes later that someone would be home earlier and I immediately called back to let them know they could come earlier. Because he was really hoping to get where the leak was before it got hot, so he asked me to let him know if I get home any earlier, so I did (in less than 5 minutes). The day of appointment my wife was waiting around for them to come at the earlier time and they hadn't arrived so I called them to find out why. The receptionist said that they never confirmed the earlier time. Even though they had asked me to do it earlier 5 minutes before I called them back! I asked her why we didn't at least get a courtesy call to let us know it was still at the original time so we wouldn't be waiting around! She said again that they didn't confirm the new time so there was no need! I told her we would use someone else next time. They didn't even show up at all after that!!
