Contacted Frank's plumbing (2/7/23) to come and discuss several plumbing items needing to be done at my home (install water softener, relocate outside water faucet, and replace water heater Anode rod). I was asked to email a summary list of what was discussed during the meeting. I was told they would get back to me with a quote. Today is February 21st and I never heard back from either Jim or Jimmy.

Obviously, not very dependable.

We are beyond grateful to Jim from Frank's plumbing. This morning a huge leak sprouted in our garage which is first floor or our three story townhome. We could not get anyone to come out and diagnose it through our homeowners insurance and in fact they told us an adjuster would call within 3 days! Despite turning off our water supply the leak persisted. And it was soaking the ceiling of the garage and the running down both walls of the garage. My husband finally called various plumbers, eventually encountering Jim from Frank's plumbing who graciously came out immediately, on his way home from work to help diagnose our problem. He helped diagnose it immediately: fire sprinkler system which we have no control over. This was huge for us because it let us know HOA is responsible and they will have to restore everything using HOA insurance. We know which tree to bark up so to speak. Thank you Jim! It was very generous to come by to help on your way home from work. We appreciate it and you have earned our business for life!

I was referred to this plumbing company and they did not disappoint. Jim came out and assessed the issue with my hot water heater on its last leg and came back the same day. Fortunately for me he is only 1 mile away. Jim and son Jim Jr. did a great job and helped with checking out another issue I had. Been using Frank's Plumbing for years and hope to for many more.

Most recently, Jim came out to look at my faulty Kenmore hot water heater purchased from Sears a few years ago. The model had been recalled for burning people's houses down, and while I did the recall repair, it just randomly broke again with the same problem.

Sears warranty people started giving me the runaround and were going to leave me with no hot water for weeks. My family does not enjoy doing the ""polar bear plunge"" in the shower every morning, so this was obviously unacceptable.

Jim to the rescue! He came out within a few hours to take a look at the hot water heater and tried to fix the issue for no charge. Unfortunately, it was unfixable, and I decided to give up on waiting for Sears.

He came out the next day with a Bradford White hot water heater to replace it, and even fixed some things about my setup that the installers from Sears had done wrong a few years ago.

Thank you so much for making a stressful situation much better! I can't overstate how thankful I am.
