If I could post less than one star I would. My shower was starting to drain slowly and then the kitchen sink was starting to also drain slowly. The first tech they sent worked for four hours and only made the problem worst. Now the tub, the shower and the kitchen sink were all clogged. I called to ask what they were going to do. I was told they would send someone out in two days. They sent out two techs who cleared the line. That lasted one week and the kitchen sink was backed up again. I mistakenly thought that they would do the right thing and that the first bill I got which was $527.50 and that was it. The other day I got another bill for $248.99!!!! When I called the third time to say that the drain clogged up again I was told that they don't guarantee drain cleaning and even if it had clogged up the next day basically that was too bad. I don't write reviews, but please be warned about high prices. They charge over $100.00 per hour and they do charge by the hour. So I got nothing for my almost $800.00!!

Matt went so far as to call the water heater company to talk to them about my issues with it. He discovered the problem and got an authorization number to have the work done and paid for by the company. I will be keeping Franklin and Vizzo on speed dial! They're great!

I have used Franklin and Vizzo for a while now. They have always been polite and competent. I want to give a special commendation to Mike. He is honest, hardworking and has a good sense of humor. He does great work.

These guys are the most slapdash plumbers ever. I've had to call them out to my rental property twice because I couldn't find anyone else on a weekend emergency, but next time I'll just call Roto Rooter or some other corporate company. I like to support local companies but both time the company did the absolute minimum to clear the drain, wouldn't return my calls about what they found, and charged me more than other local companies. Three weeks ago they came and snaked my main line and said they found toilet wipes. I had asked them to check about roots and other causes but nothing. And they charged $189 when they were there 10 minutes according to my tenant. On a Monday morning. 18 days later the toilet is backing up again. We get Gallegos Plumbing out there. For the same price they run a camara down the line and give a full report. Don't waste your money on Franklin & Vizzo

I have a problematic house, that seems to act up quarterly. Franklin Vizzo is the only plumbers I use. They are reliable, speedy, and always fix what ever problem I've had. They've snaked all my showers, fixed two toilets, unclogged sink drains, replaced my garbage disposal, they've even been on my roof multiple times. All though I would prefer not to need them, I'm glad to have them around.

We needed our shower valve replaced and after calling about 8 plumbing companies and looking at Yelp reviews I decided on Franklin and Vizzo. Everyone that I spoke to was very friendly, but unfortunately the communication was not so great. I ended up talking to about 6 people over the course of figuring out what needed to be done and setting up the appointment. I also tried to be super clear and detailed about what I wanted but I do not feel like I got the same in return. They asked if I had the replacement piece and I said no and I wasn't sure if I should buy one, or if they could order it because I wasn't sure if we needed a special part or not. They said they could order it, we made the appointment for that following week and I thought that was that. But then I get a call the day before my appointment to clarify that I bought the piece myself to which I said that they told me they would order it. Because it was so last minute we had to postpone the appointment to the next week to wait for the part to come in (and to fit our work schedules). So they ordered the part but they did not tell me that it would be a whole kit which wasn't a big deal, but they did not tell me how much it was going to be, or that I had the option to choose which kit I wanted. Instead, they ordered a kit that was $260, literally double the price of all of the ones I looked at at Lowes after the fact. I also am not super happy with the style they picked out. We asked for brushed nickel which is what they ordered, but it has a much more bronze tint than the rest of the fixtures we have in the bathroom so it looks a little off.

In terms of the plumber himself, he was super nice and did great work so I have no complaints about that. I just wish their communication was better throughout the whole process. All in all I am not super satisfied but not sure what can be done at this point. I am glad we have a working valve again at least!
