We noticed a bathroom sink leak this morning around 10:30, immediately called Franklin & Vizzo to see how soon a plumber could come out. Vicente the plumber was at our door my 11:30 and he had fixed the leak and finished the job by 12:30. The cost was $140 for parts and labor which we found was reasonable for how quick the response time of service.
We have used this company a few times in the past and have never had any issues or problems at all. We definitely recommend them for any plumbing services you would need.

My family has been using Vizzo for at least twenty years. They're one of the few plumbers who actually respond quickly in an emergency. Everyone is very nice.
I am only knocking one star because of how expensive everything has gotten and I had a frustrating time recently trying to get refunded for a second service call that should never have become an extra charge. I did finally get the refund after over a week back and forth.

This company installed my tankless water heater and did a fantastic job some years ago. I continue to use them to service the unit. Some really nice guys came and accomplished the service and gave me a senior discount. Nice work for the cost.

Great customer experience. I had a minor plumbing emergency and they were able to send someone out the same day. Vicente was professional, polite and very competent at his job. He quickly fixed my plumbing issue and helped fix an additional problem since he was there. Will definitely use this company again if I have plumbing issues!

We waited three days for another plumber and never showed.
Called Franklin and Vizzo and Mike called and showed up as expected.
We had a nasty backed up bathtub and he snaked and snaked and solved our problem fast!
I will definitely call and ask for Mike if we need help in the future!

A month ago I need a drain spout replaced on my hot water tank. The part was covered under warranty, however, I did have to hire a plumber to install it. I don't remember the guys name who came out to replace it for me, but he brought it to my attention that my hot water tank was failing. I proceeded to contact the manufacturer, and sent them some photos. They agreed on replacing it, and they set things up for me to get a new tank at my neighborhood Lowes.
Fast forward to today, the Franklin and Rizzo plumber that showed up was Renee. He was the one who did the swap of the old water heater for the new heater. He did a wonderful job on it, even left things cleaner than when he arrived! And then he went the extra mile for me today which I greatly appreciate. I needed to get the old tank back to Lowe's in order to get a credit for it from the manufacturer, we were going to throw it in the back of my SUV, but the tank was in pretty bad shape, and I was a little concerned about it messing up my car. Rene offered to take the tank in his truck to the local Lowe's a couple of miles away, he even placed it on the cart for me, so that I could roll it in for my credit.
Now that's what I call five star treatment, thank you, Rene!
