Water heater went out with water all over the garage floor. Still had 4 months of warranty left on unit. Spoke with Jim at Franklin Vizzo plumbing at 1pm, he verified warranty on the phone in just a few minutes quoted me the replacement price which was very reasonable. Had the new water heater installed by 3.30pm.
That's what I call great customer service.

I had a slab leak in the middle of my house, no water showing but you could hear water running in the walls. My Insurance company gave me a name of a plumber that does testing and the kind of work we needed. The pricing they gave us to do the work seemed really high. I called around last Friday getting quotes, and found Franklin & Vizzo. Best call I ever made for a plumber, Yvonne who answered the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Rob and Dan showed up this morning re-routed the water lines, put on a new shut off value and were on their way in no time. The work was outstanding, both men very nice and put up with my dog that was watching everything they were doing. The price was almost a third of what I was quoted by the other company!

Any plumbing you ever need call Franklin & Vizzo you will be very, very happy.

My family has been using Franklin & Vizzo ever since we bought our house in midtown Ventura 20 years ago. We have needed a plumber about a dozen times over the years. They always did a great job at a great price. They really know how to work on the ancient plumbing in these midtown houses. Every tech has been able to fix our plumbing and do it right the first time. We had a water leak on New Year's day. We called for them to come out the next day. The fresh water supply line from the meter to our house had a hole just below ground level at the water shut off. The tech offered to try using a splice to keep costs low. He dug up another few feet to check and we found that the rest of the line looked like Swiss Cheese! Not surprising since our house was built in 1929. They pulled the permit and installed a new 25 foot copper water line for less than $1,000! I am a pretty critical customer, but these guys really are the best local neighborhood plumber in town.

I had these guys at my house a few years back. Guy came out, quoted me a job, agreed on a date. Date of work arrives, different guy shows up and tells me he can't do the job the other guy quoted and then proceeds to quote me s price for the new job at 3x what we started at. I declined. Flash forward a month later and I get a bill for 75 bucks for the time the guy spent telling me he couldn't do the job the other guy quoted. Will Never Ever use these guys again.

Franklin & Vizzo came highly recommended and I would, in turn, recommend them the same. From the first phone call to the completed repair they were extremely professional, prompt and courteous. Their willingness to come look and asses the problem at no charge was a nice surprise. Jim was very clear and precise about the possible issues, problems and costs to repair. My potential major repair was fixed in no time and at a reasonable price. Jose and his son were very courteous, quick and good from start to finish.

The customer service was phenomenal!!! I was a first time client and called to get my water heater fixed around 12:30pm. They said of course and it would be between 1-4 when a plumber would be able to come out. The plumber called about 1:10 and said he would be here in 10 mins. We have never had such quick service with a plumber!! Our plumber was very professional and fixed the problem within 15-20 minutes. We will be calling them if anything else goes wrong! Very happy customers!!

What a pleasant surprise. They scheduled me for a time that fit my schedule , and then called me back to see if I could fit them in at an earlier time which worked even better for me. Jose was pleasant and friendly, figured out the problem and fixed it quickly. Cheap service with plumbers usually means you get what you pay for so yeah they are little more expensive but he had the part I needed in his truck. It saved me from running back and forth to the store with the wrong replacement part and trying to figure out the problem myself. It's worth every penny.

We had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday night at 10 pm. They had a plumber on call. He said he would be an hour, he showed up in less than 40 min. He had to snake through a vent on the roof. He was finished and we were all clear in less than an hour. Very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend these guys. We appreciate all they did for us. Thank you.
