They did a great job of installing a new gas water heater to replace my 21 year old one. After they left I found that one of the pipes leading to the expansion tank was leaking. When I told them about this they came right back and fixed it. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

I called Franklin Plumbing on Friday and they came over on Saturday and did a great job. I had to replace a garbage disposal and unplug a drain. They did both jobs in a timely fashion and the work was excellent.

We own a nice rental home in Prescott. I was informed that we may have a slab leak. I called Franklin Plumbing and they did a thorough investigation and it turned out to be the pipe from the street to the house. Still a headache but much less than if it had been a slab leak. I greatly appreciated their honesty. Franklin got right out there and fixed the situation and even installed an extra valve to make it easier to test in the future should we ever need to. They also did a detailed job cleaning up the yard and putting the rock back just as it was. Worked with Brian - he did a great job.

Saved by Franklin Plumbing AGAIN! This was my third call to Franklin Plumbing in the last three years. I am so impressed with this business, and I highly recommend it. They are professional, so helpful, prompt, and honor the customer's time. My plumbers on this visit were Scott and Anthony, and they were able to solve the issue (3 feet of roots in the pipe under the toilet) by methodically working through every available remedy. Franklin plumbers are always friendly, courteous, and thorough, and were eager to answer my many questions. And they were extremely COVID safe and conscientious, wearing masks the entire time and, when they had to enter the home, wearing booties over their shoes that they changed every time they left and then re-entered. I am so grateful, and I HIGHLY recommend Franklin Plumbing.

Found angled stop on my toilet with gently weeping leak. Don't know when started, but Franklin had changed out all my turn stops to quarter-turn ball stops when I moved into this house (three years ago).
Repair consisted of teflon plumber's tape and reconnecting.
But charged for new angled stop and new supply line to toilet plus huge hourly rate. With nothing to lose, asked for some break in charge since Franklin installed this angled stop. Told no warranty on angled stops.
Also, had made appointment for AM; 8:00 that morning was called to reschedule to PM. Ten minutes later plumber calls -- be there in 10-15 minutes. Then called back again -- had incorrect address.
Last time I use Franklin. They've really gone downhill since Mr. Franklin retired and Mike took over.

They charged $650 to go under a manufactured home and repair a leak. That charge was just for going under the house, The total bill was $1300 for fixing a minor leak under a manufactured home that had nearly 3 feet of clearance. Ridiculous, rip off! DO NOT call this company!

I highly recommend Franklin Plumbing Services as they went over and beyond my expectations for repair of an exterior broken water line. They thoroughly explained the repair procedure, gave us a fair repair estimate and our yard looks pristine . My husband is a 100% disabled Veteran and they treated him with so much respect during this repair. We are completely satisfied. Thank you very much!!

So for the second time since I have owned my home the plumbing completely backed up. Of course this couldn't happen at 7am on a Monday it happens at 5pm on a Saturday. I called several plumbers in Prescott who said they were 24/7 operations but they didn't have anyone working THIS weekend. I got ahold of Dave at Franklin and let him know what the issue was and that it had happened a few years ago as well. I let him know that he would need two reels of snake as the last time it was about 130 feet to the blockage. He thanked me for that info and said that he needed to stop at the shop and get an extra snake and he would be out to my house. I called him at 7pm and he arrived at 8pm. He also quoted me that it would be 1.5 hours for the initial charge. This was going to be $207 for that period and they would charge at quarter hour increments after the initial 1.5 hours @ the hourly weekend rate of $138 per hour. All was said and done around 9pm and the charge was a fair price of $207. Thank you Franklin plumbing!!!. I will be recommending you to anyone that asks for a plumber referral. By the way the last time it happened the charge on a Sunday afternoon was over $300 and that was 3 or 4 years ago and he did the same thing in the same length of time. Won't be calling that plumber again.

Thank you Mike! Rent Right referred you to us for a busted garbage disposal. You contacted us Tuesday and had a guy out here the very next morning! Great communication! We came home to a new garbage disposal and I immediately ran my dishwasher!!! Only thing I would advise is if I leave my house unlocked, please have your guy lock up behind him. Otherwise, all was perfect! Thanks so much! (Btw, your guy was not the first to leave the home unlocked!) You were amazing! Thank you!
