kind of over priced quoted 950 dollars to install new toilet then charged 165 dollars just to come take a look at it, they need to say that they need to say what they charge upfront.

ian with Franklin Plumbing is the best plumber I've ever had the pleasure with which to work, and I've owned several homes so hiring a plumber is pretty standard for me. He LISTENS to my request, is ext polite, professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. he tells me what hes going to do and makes recommendations based on his expertise. he's very clean and always leaves my house in the same condition as before he started the work. He's also very friendly, courteous, and kind. Franklin Plumbing is lucky to have him on their team. he deserves a raise!!

I have a NUVO water filtration system throughout my house that was installed by another local plumbing company. I noticed I had hardened calcium deposits on my shower head and faucet aerators. I have had Franklin Plumbing before and have been very happy with them. I called and spoke with Mike, the owner, and he is very familiar with this filtration system. I asked to have someone come out and see if the system was installed correctly. I was set for an appointment the very next day. I received a call from Kade Connally that he was on the way. He is very polite and professional. He tested the hardness of my water at two different locations and confirmed the system was installed correctly. I will call NUVO on Monday to discuss the problem with them. Thanks again Franklin Plumbing Services!
