I would give 0 star if I could. Rude, uninformative staffs, i don't understand why they made appointments with themselves in the first place if they do not want to work with customers. Never coming back !

My contractor connected us with Janice at Frank Webb, and I highly recommend her! Not only was she great with helping me find what I was looking for, she prioritized finding the best price point every step of the way, was so understanding when I changed my mind at the last minute (twice!), and called to follow up when it turned out the light fixture I had selected was too large for the space. Then she even emailed me with another option that ended up being perfect. In general their showroom is excellent because you can see so many options, but Janice was really the key to a great experience!

This place is amazing and the service is even better! I worked with Dianne and she is an expert! She is very aware of every product and style that is out there. She listens to your ideas, guides you through the process of sorting through the choices and finding the best results- a room that you are excited about every time you go into it! They sell beautiful high-quality items for reasonable prices. They make the process so much easier and enjoyable!

Better late than never! After less than satisfactory service and negative experiences at Republic and Ferguson, I kicked myself for not thinking of Frank Webb Home sooner. Only minutes away and next to Panera Bread as a bonus. They have a wonderfully organized showroom displaying all the brands you'd likely consider. It's not a store with products mixed and matched all over the place, with no one available or willing to help you out. We've had a wonderful experience working with Megan on our project renovating two bathrooms. She is patient, knowledgeable, easy going (did I say patient) and full of ideas and alternative suggestions when needed. She has been responsive to emails and phone calls and welcoming on each of our visits (not the case with the other 2 vendors). Can't say enough good things about this store and Megan. If you are a homeowner, this is the place to go!

I was looking for a new kitchen faucet but when I was talking to the employee all I could hear was Toby Keith belting out the song of his people from the speakers. I could barely hear the employee over the southern twang blasting in the showroom. Please reconsider the music and volume levels in your store as it is supposed to be a nice showroom, not a honky tonk.

I needed plans and ideas and had full attentions and left with my questions answered. The man that helped me was so professional and very polite. I will always shop there from now on. They have beautiful high quality products.

Had gone to another showroom in Norwood. Got no help. Was told to go home and have a plumber come out and measure. At the time we were only looking for ideas, not ready to buy. Later went to Frank Webb. Dianne was extremely helpful. Between two days she spent about two hours with us. Delivery on time. One piece was defective. Company immediately replace part so work could be finished that day. If we had bought a a big box store it would have been a hassle.

To start, this place was fantastic to work with. It was recommended on their website to email and make an appointment. I did so a day before I wanted to go there. It was easy to set up through email, and their reply back was quick. They were very flexible as I had changed the appointment time once or twice. My appointment was with EMILY BLACKER, who is one of the showroom's BEST consultant. I had in mind a sink and faucet style already. Emily was knowledgeable with the different products that they carried. She stayed within my vision, but gave me plenty of options to chose from. She found the sink (not a common size sink) that was well below some of the other sink's cost that I had found online
The other comments below about Emily are all true. She made my wife and I feel like we knew her for many years, and that we were just out shopping with a friend.

The ship time was within 2 weeks, which was fine until I spoke with my contractor. We were having the countertops cut and they need the sink before they can do so. I called up and expediated the shipping (a little extra but well worth it). There was a little issue with the ship date so I spoke with Emily and she waved her magic wand and did the unthinkable.
I won't say what she did, as the expectation to put on her would not be fair, but it was AMAZING. If you shop there after reading this post and you get to work with Emily, ask her about it. She might just share the rest of the story with you.
Emily, you rock!!! Thank you very, very much. The sink looks awesome as it was installed last week. You made our time shopping there one of the best shopping experiences at any store. You went above and beyond. We will be back once we remodel our bathroom.

Went in last Wednesday and received terrible service. Nobody greeted me after an 15 minutes of being there. Place was outdated with product as well. Won't be back.

We renovated our home and were referred to Frank Webb, and it was a great choice. We were lucky enough to have Megan as our sales rep. She knows every product line and suggested alternatives when needed. Multiple emails and visits and phone calls later, she retained a sense of humor and fantastic customer service. She treated our project as special and if it was the largest one in the world. Customers for life!
