I had a leak under the kitchen faucet. After leaving message, he followed up with 3 phone calls (others have yet to call me). Then he walks me through to see if I can fix myself. All fixed up in less than 10 minutes and for free. This is a great story. It was a great service. I will definitely use him again and totally recommend in just one encounter. Thanks Willy!

mind you we were quoted by a competitor just to come to our condo.

The guy I spoke with, Billy, was amazingly helpful. I called the company based on a recommendation, as I had a pressing, although not critical, issue.

Billy was already booked, most likely due to the severe cold New York was enduring. But he talked me through my issue over the phone, gave a great and simple explanation on how to fix it, and even gave me his personal cell number in case I ran into any issues. He identified a few snags I might encounter and offered tips on how to avoid them, although in the end it was as simple as he described.

Great guy! He put a good bit of effort into helping me out. I wish this company well, and will be calling them again.

Our hot water went out this past Saturday without any warning. Since it was 9pm on a Saturday we didn't have all that many options for a speedy (or cheap) repair.

One company quoted us $350 and wouldn't guarantee a fix. Seemed like a lot considering a new tank is probably the same cost. The second company told us $169 for the first hour but it would take him a few hours to arrive. Also he said he wouldn't necessarily have all the required parts since his shop was closed and it was the weekend. Disappointingly, the 3 other companies we called which advertised 24 hour service, didn't answer or call back.

With these two lackluster options we decided to wait it out till the next morning and prayed for a hot water miracle. When we didn't have any luck, we hit the phones again. After 3 more duds we came across Billy.

Nice guy right off the bat. He apologized for not being available (it was Super Bowl Sunday but he had tickets for a Broadway show...hilarious!) but gave me helpful advice on troubleshooting without any hesitation. Actually, what he told me was far better than the stuff I got online or from the manual, and long story short, his advice worked! We had hot water 30 mins after hanging up the phone.

Billy saved us hundreds of dollars and heaps of time, all while being a good guy. That says it all. I would recommend this company wholeheartedly.

Short story is we had a weekend emergency lack of hot water and placed several calls to plumbing/heating companies. Billy from Frank Marinelli was the first to call back. He quickly determined that he couldn't actually provide service to us because our hot water system is oil based. Despite that, he spent approximately 20 minutes on the phone providing us troubleshooting tips, explaining how the system worked, and what to check for to diagnose the problem.

He even told us to call back with additional questions, no charge. We had to take him up on the offer when we discovered an issue with one of the items he told us how to troubleshoot. He promptly called back and provided us with additional guidance and exactly what the diagnosis was.

Even though we eventually had to have our oil delivery company come out and fix the problem since it was their system (and they charged an arm and a leg for weekend visit), Billy & the Frank Marinelli company's advice allowed us to provide them the diagnosis directly saving us a ton of money.

Seriously, this company provided prompt, courteous, and in our case FREE advice for a problem they knew they couldn't come out and earn a fee on. Who else does that in this day and age. In the future, I'll definitely call them first.

I had an emergency - burst pipe in the garage on a freezing cold day, everything in the garage covered in ice because the water had been spraying out of the pipe for hours. I called Marinelli Plumbing and Billy came over within an hour. He not only fixed the pipe but was pleasant and efficient. It was so cold and he did a fantastic job. Best of all, the price was reasonable. I will definitely call them again.

I am so thankful for the 2 reviews on here that led me to Marinelli Plumbing! I had called another local plumber a few weeks before to find that their service call was near $100, which could not be put toward the cost of the job! No thanks. So I decided to come on Yelp and check if anyone in my relatively small local area might have had a good plumbing experience. What luck!

We thought we needed a new pressure reducing valve and Billy was great on the phone, candidly answering all our questions. During this conversation, he estimated the cost of the job, which was really helpful. Next morning, as promised, Billy called to let us know what time they'd be here. Roland arrived right on time. Within a few minutes, he called me back down to the basement to show and explain to me that our problem was *not* the pressure reducing valve, but that we needed a larger expansion tank because our small one had failed. And it would turn out to be less expensive. He left to get the part and came back quickly. Roland installed the tank and when finished, he showed and explained to me what he had done. In addition to installing the tank on the hot water heater, he bolstered the tank to the ceiling beam, because if it were to fill with water (as our smaller one did), it would become very heavy and potentially come crashing down. Then he came upstairs and ran all the faucets to get the air out of the lines. He gave me a written bill, and again explained the work. All done in one hour. At very reasonable cost. Roland also told me what to watch out for on the off-chance the valve on the heater had sustained damage from the original expansion tank failing.

Roland was very skilled, which is to be expected, but he was also KIND and HONEST. This high level of integrity is something I never anticipated, and am very grateful for.

Frank Marinelli Plumbing gained a lifelong customer today. PROFESSIONAL, HONEST, RELIABLE, and REASONABLE RATES. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I was visiting a friends house in Westchester, New York for vacation while they were having plumbing problems. After many plumbers visiting, and giving estimates but not following up, his mom sighed, ""Where can we find good plumbers? "". I told them about Yelp and this was one of the few that came up with reviews in the area. Thanks to yelp, they were very pleased with this company, and wanted to write a review right away. Since my friend does not have yelp, this is his review:

Roland came over right on time, gave me a quick estimate of everything that needed to be fixed, told me how long it would take to fix everything, and followed through on every single thing he promised. He was prompt, incredibly capable, and beyond all else, professional. Although there were multiple problems he needed to fix, he just went right on ahead and fixed everything right on the spot. I've gone through multiple plumbers and I can say that Roland is by far the best.

I plan on using him for every single one of my plumbing needs from now on.

i highly highly highly recommend him to anyone in the Westchester region.
