My hot water heater crapped out during the Thanksgiving holiday. I called multiple companies, even the one I usually use, to no avail. I called Marinelli, and spoke with Mr. Billy. He asked me to send him some pics of the water heater, and advised of the best choice for a replacement. He responded to my home faster than the fire dept.!! The entire job was professionally completed in two hours. It would have been faster, but Billy is a very personable gent and we chatted while he completed the task.

Wow, Telephone conversation regarding rates to just come over to evaluate the problem. Told me that the trip from Elmsford to my home already ate up time on the road which I would be charged for due to gas (which is so very low at this point in time). Told them how sorry I had called and was disillusioned by this site.

Had a problem with my tub draining and was referred to Marinelli.
After speaking with Billy, he was convinced that there was a clog and nothing mechanically wrong with the drain, as i and other businesses thought there was.
Not only was i able to fix the problem myself, but Billy was able to save me from paying for a serviceman to come out to my home.

We had a small leak under our sink today, but it made the sink unusable, so we really wanted to get it fixed quickly. I called them and they were booked for the day, but said they'd call back if things freed up. They did, arrived on time and were done with the job in under a half an hour. Roland, our serviceman, was very nice and knowledgeable, even answering other plumbing questions I had. Best of all, reasonable rates. Will absolutely use again.

I had a leak under the kitchen faucet. After leaving message, he followed up with 3 phone calls (others have yet to call me). Then he walks me through to see if I can fix myself. All fixed up in less than 10 minutes and for free. This is a great story. It was a great service. I will definitely use him again and totally recommend in just one encounter. Thanks Willy!

great service these guys do not rip you of like so many others.
We had our water heater break, they replaced it and it costed less than the $169
mind you we were quoted by a competitor just to come to our condo.

The guy I spoke with, Billy, was amazingly helpful. I called the company based on a recommendation, as I had a pressing, although not critical, issue.

Billy was already booked, most likely due to the severe cold New York was enduring. But he talked me through my issue over the phone, gave a great and simple explanation on how to fix it, and even gave me his personal cell number in case I ran into any issues. He identified a few snags I might encounter and offered tips on how to avoid them, although in the end it was as simple as he described.

Great guy! He put a good bit of effort into helping me out. I wish this company well, and will be calling them again.
