STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Do not reach out to them for anything. They have """"technicians"""" come to your home and lie to you that your AC is damaged and can't be fixed and then sell you a new AC at double the cost. Their """"technicians"""" are incentivized to sell you new AC units because they make commissions from each sale they make. They are not technicians but only sales people. Their employee Estaban lied to me saying that my AC wasn't able to be fixed when it really was.

They just want to sell their $20k AC unit to you. My AC unit was fixed by Premier Air Conditioning and Heating within 30 minutes. Will never call on Frank Gay for anything.

I had an electrical issue in my apartment I called this company to come fix it they never came out three days in a row they kept telling me they were coming out they never came out I had to call another company I would not recommend this company they suck

Heres a photo of their pricing which they were extremely dishonest about. Do not work with this company. Absolute scam artists who happen to have a nicely branded truck. Aside from that truck that you see everywhere, this is a 10/10 garbage business.

These men should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of an elderly disabled woman. She had ONE LEAK in the wall. They conned her into replacing all of her pipes. Conned her into a new digital water heater. Conned her into replacing outdoor faucets. Conned her into replacing electrical components. Tore holes in her walls, tore her bathroom apart. She now has to pay a contractor to put it all back together. This is a newer home with cpvc pipes. Totally did not need replacing. I'm going to help be her voice. Contact an attorney, contact the BBB. They owe her some money back! These men have mothers how would they feel if it were their mother, grandmother, sister or daughter. Shame on all of you. Absolutely disgusting.

Shady business practices! Told me I had low freon but the Tech """"didn't know how to do a leak detection test"""" so his solution was go """"overfill"""" the Freon until someone could come back out Monday to check it again. On top of that being a terrible plan, they wanted to charge me for ANOTHER visit to come check his work. Invited him to leave and called a different company. Turned out the Freon was fine the whole time.

New air conditioner installation at my home. At the time of the signing of the contract to do work, a verbal promise was made that we would be provided a detailed receipt. After work was completed, we got a receipt that had one line item - the total of the whole job. No manufacturer, no model number, and certainly no serial number. I asked them again to provide what they had promised and they said that we purchased an economy package and that they won't provide us with this information. I have registered a complaint with the BBB and suggest others do the same if they have issues. My whole point is that if I have to provide proof of purchase to another service company =since I will absolutely NOT be using Frank Gay Services ever again), what does a piece of paper from them claiming to be a receipt and has a single entry for the whole job total mean to anyone outside of Frank Gay Services? Furthermore, they continue to battle the complaint to the BBB when they could have sent a the itemized receipt as requested. They keep pushing back and refuse to provide us with this pertinent piece of information on a $10k purchase. I can't discourage people enough from using their services. Stay away from them if you value good customer service after they have your money. Absolutely abysmal customer service practices.

I had Frank Gay's People to come out to give me a price on two toilet replacements. The man who came stunk the high heaven of cigarettes. He looked at both units then said he needs to """"go check"""" on something. Came back with a 2800 dollar price. I said god no that is crazy. He said let me make a call, came back saying that he could do it for 1800. Again i said that is crazy. He ran through a practice speech about the cost to run the company and he is just he worker not the management. I been a contractor for years, but now just to tired and admittedly too lazy. This is maybe an hour worth of work. I called to roto router, 550 out the door. Pound the sand Frank Gay.

Had plumbing service done on broken pipe and was charged $800 for 45 minutes of labor work and over $100 in parts (that cost $25 at Home Depot). Criminal. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. They rip you off by overestimating the complexity of work needed. If work turns out to be simpler than expected they do not lower the quoted price estimate down. But of course if they determine the job is more difficult, they will increase the estimate. This one-sided estimate is unheard of in the plumbing industry. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Follow up, their customer service agent called me after I posted my review and she was extremely rude and unprofessional on the phone. Did not offer an apology or even 1 cent in refund for ripping me off.
