Frank Gay should be investigated for price gouging. I called to have a garbage disposal installed. The tech first tried to sell me a $7,000 water heater. The cost of the disposal was $1200. I bought one for $125 and installed it in less than an hour. They are not a repair company. The guy actually asked when I wanted the disposal installed. He wasn't even there to fix anything, just to quote a price.

They just want to sell their $20k AC unit to you. My AC unit was fixed by Premier Air Conditioning and Heating within 30 minutes. Will never call on Frank Gay for anything.

Beware using FG. I bought a Goodman Ac unit in 2014 from FG. It is still under warranty, and I have receipt and paperwork. FG wouldn't honor warranty, saying """" they had to check with the boss"""". They only wanted to sell me a new compressor that they said is on back order for two months. My husband found compressor in stock at Goodman distributor here in Orlando himself. This is on Thursday, in July, in Florida with elderly sick grandma in home. Then they said they can't come out for two weeks due to illness in the home. Fast forward to Monday, my husband called Armstrong AC who came out, replaced capacitor for $250 and now ac has been working fine since. Devin with Armstrong was great! Mysteriously a housing unit was missing when Armstrong went to fix our minor problem. Sabotage? IDK. Funny thing is we didn't need a compressor at all. I wonder if Mr. Gay knows how his staff is misleading people.

Requested a service for a clogged toilet and they quoted triple of the price I usually, pay then they asked how much would you like to pay ? Like buying a car. Won't recommend and never calling them again poor of the people who falls in their hands

good response but EXTREMELY expensive. quoted $9k for a job that a competitor did for $3.5k with same materials

Although the technician was professional and polite I believe $298.00 for 15 mins. from start to finish to loosen a gear from a garbage disposal with an """"L"""" wrench is a bit expensive a charge. I was told that is the scheduled customary cost. I still think it's too much.

Made appointment for emergency AC service after hours around 6:30/7pm told they would come between 8pm and midnight and we would need to pay up front and they would call when on their way. Florida with no AC leaves no choice... paid the premium after hours fee + service charge.. Fast forward to 11:40 at night.. still haven't heard anything, call to follow up and get answering service who takes our information saying they will follow up & let us know. We hear nothing back of course. Zero way to email them or follow up other than the answering service that did nothing. Waste of time when we could have contacted someone else to assist not to mention being charged in full for a service that was never provided and being left in a hot house. Stay clear away from this company!!!!!!!

They are flat out horrible. Their tech caused over $15,000 worth of damage to my ac system, and they are refusing to pay for the damage. It wasn't an accident. I invited them in for an estimate to move my system out of the attic. Their tech went up into my attic, opened the air handler and proceeded to poke two holes in the coils. For good measure, he stomped on my brand new ductwork. I am hobbled with a bad knee and can't get up the ladder right now. I cannot believe anyone would do this.

Shady employees, Kristopher Castellano charged me 260.00 for a ac repair. I paid and he said he made the repair.. he did not. I tried to call and let them know nothing has been repaired. Apparently they have no record of me paying for any repairs.... So where did the money go ? Now they want 1000.00 for the same repair I already paid them. Buyer beware they are scam artist. And the """" customer service"""" won't listen to your issues even if it's about a employee accepting payment and not reporting it to the company. I should have known when he told me to leave the cash under the rug. But I thought that they were a big reputable company. I was wrong.

Heres a photo of their pricing which they were extremely dishonest about. Do not work with this company. Absolute scam artists who happen to have a nicely branded truck. Aside from that truck that you see everywhere, this is a 10/10 garbage business.
