Chris is by far the most professional and skilled man in the area for the job, not to mention one of the friendliest guys you'll meet! My family and I have actually been enlisting his services for years. He does amazing work. Recently, my roommate hired him to take care of a new hot water heater for the house at mine and my family's suggestion. Needless to say, she couldn't say enough good things about his professionalism, communication, and all around personality. I'm told she will never hire anyone else for the job. I'm thrilled too! The hot water in the showers works wonderfully.

I am writing to provide a review for Franconia Plumbing who has been nothing less than outstanding!!! I have used them under my home warranty contract and have always been more than pleased with their work. Whenever the home warranty company has tried to assign other plumbing companies for my needs, I have insisted on Franconia Plumbing based years of exemplary work! Chris, the owner, is so nice and does excellent work plus he is always honest and gets the job done promptly. I have been a client of Franconia Plumbing for the past 8-9 years and highly recommend his service to anyone!! Since I have an established relationship with them, they have made a way to schedule service for me when I had an emergency situation. That sets them apart from other plumbing companies.

Watch your back; technician showed up to my property on a warranty job order and immediately called the warranty company without home owner knowledge to work his way out of the claim; he didn't want to go through getting reimbursed by warranty company, took the home owner's time and ensured that the warranty company wouldn't cover. This is not a good company - stay away from Franconia Plumbing, LLC. DO NOT LET YOUR HOME WARRANTY ASSIGN THIS COMPANY - YOU WILL BE SORRY.

I am in the process of selling my home and I found a small leak under the kitchen sink. I have used many of the popular plumbing companies over the years (the ones that do a lot of advertising) but I found Franconia Plumbing on yelp and thought I would give them a chance since they didn't have many reviews but the ones that were there were all great.
I can now add my 5 star review to the others and encourage anyone in need a good, conscientious, proficient, professional plumber to call this company. From the time I placed the call, the woman who scheduled my appointment was pleasant and professional. She called me before the appointment as promised and the plumber arrived on time. He found the problem right away and even though it was much more complicated than I initially thought, he made sure to address all the problems, did a complete quality inspection to make sure there would be no further problems and thoroughly cleaned up when he was done. However, what really shocked me was the price when he was done. The price was far less than I would have expected to pay and certainly much less than any of the big plumbing companies I have used in the past have ever charged for anything, no matter how minor. If you want a great plumbing company who will be fair and honest in their dealings, this is the company for you!

Worse Plumbing place ever. The guy came spent 2 hours he could not figure out what the problem is and we still had to pay. Stay away from these people. I had to call another plumber who charge almost $700 and was able to fix the problem quickly.

Very disappointed with Franconia Plumbing. Was referred to this company by my home warranty. Was told immediately upon arrival that he would have to call my home warranty because it would not be covered. NO SERVICE WAS PROVIDED. I was then told I was still expected to pay $60. I asked why since no services were provided. He tried to say this was what my home warranty required. I contacted my warranty company and was told this is Franconia Plumbings policy. I have never had to pay for services not provided. I have had a home warranty for over 10 years and never paid for services not provided. Is Franconia Plumbing really that desperate that they need to charge for No Service. I will make sure I am never referred to this company again.

They don't answer the phone. They don't respond to messages. I really don't know what quality of work they do, because they couldn't come to my house in a timely manner. People can't wait 3-5 days for a plumber!
