I had a leak in my main water line and called my warranty company.
They send out FPS and Dustin knew immediately what the problem was. He contacted Tamika and the approval process with the warranty company Home Serve ) was made easy. Dustin came this morning and did a professional, clean great job. Was here when I was told he would arrive. Tamika was great with customer service and follow thru. I would give them 100 stars if I could!!

This is the second time I've had to call on FPS. First time was a backed up kitchen sink, then yesterday was a leaky water heater. I panicked at first but then I called Dustin at FPS. He replaced 2 bathroom faucets and my kitchen faucet. Added bonus -- the water pressure with the old kitchen faucet wasn't great and now with the new one the water pressure is excellent!
